I just finished watching your interview with African Legacy TV. It was a nice interview. Hmmmm, I had a burning issue that I have been longing to ask you why you have stop making a shout out to this particular UA-camr. But I always stop myself from doing it, but still have it in mind to ask, because I thought you people should support each other. I now understand after watching that interview. So sorry you have to go through that. Sweet, don't worry about it. You are going Great. All the best. Be safe out there with your family. You are loved by your sweet team🙏😘
Good to know your hubby enjoyed the food but in the beginning he did not like the preparation.

Another method: You can also foment the with without the salt for 7 to 9 days the you take it out and add the salt for another 7 to 9 days and trust me you will love it. I tried it with jack fish 🐟
Yea, that’s how it’s made in my hometown, a fishing community in the central region, but for 3 days
Hi can you please edit to make what you saying clearer thanks
@@adwoafrimpomaa6053 like let the fish sit for days without salt, then you add salt when it has fermented and become soft, then the salt will preserve it and remove water to get your momoni
@Mercy Mensah Outside, growing up, my grand mom used to keep them under her “apata” (shade). Then they wash with sea water after the 2-3 days, salt it, then keep under the shade again till ready. She used to produce commercially
Thanks a lot for all you teach us
You are great sweet sister, in fact you have taught me so many things. Bless you.
The palm oil egg sauce is boiled white yam for me, I can eat it all day
It was soo good😘💕
Sweet Adjeley will soon teach us how to create human being..... chaiii u too much😂❤️

Wow just whn i said am done buying momoni in the market, then came Sweet Adjeley with this simple recipe. You are a life safer honey
😘💕
Thank you huni. We love you. When are we gonna get our kako recipe
Please does it have another name, I’m not sure what kako is🙈
Huni am sure it's called Salted fish . It's just like momoni but it's a bit harder
It's salt pitre
@@nanaakosua632 awww thank you love
Hi Sweetie, I am surprised you didn't completely cover all fish with salt, or brine and smoke all the fish. It should never smell bad if you cover all completely, or brine and smoke the fish. Odor means decay. Would you consider building a smoker there in your backyard? Or maybe ask hubby to. Wishing you the best 💖😊
Nanette in so Cal.

Wow, seeing this recipe for the first time and I most confess that it looks incredibly delicious and mouthwatering. Thanks for sharing sweetie sis. Dancing to your lovely music 🎶💃💃💃🎧
Awww🙏🏽🥰Thank You
Great recipe. This is the trout lady from high up in the Colorado Rockies and at the end when you showed you could do this with any fish I jumped for joy. I definitely will do it with a trout. The entire dish looked wonderful. Could you do it with a bit of canned anchovies? I was thinking that maybe you are after is the salty fish taste. Us non Ghanaians aka mountain trout lady might have fun trying this recipe. Thank you for the videos. Be healthy, stay safe and many blessings. Morgan
Hey 🙋🏽♀️ mama, yes please you can use anchovies you will really love it🥰
THIS IS MOMONI BOUQUET 😂❤
😂🤣lol
👏👏👏👏👏 what can’t you do? You do it all. God bless you!
Thank You 🥰
She's simply amazing
I know right
This is so delicious and yummy
Omg this is it? I have been waiting too long for this I love this thanks God bless my sweetie.😄😄
Hello I watched this video and decided to make my own momoni. I have never made it before but mine didn't smell bad after two weeks. I used evaporated sea salt on mine, and I wrapped it in cling wrap and plastic bag then placed it in a container. After two weeks, it wasn't smelling that bad, it just smelled like sardine or something and I noticed it had a bit of yellow like it had gone rotten on the inside or something. I added pink Himalay sea salt again and wrapped it and put it away. pls I need help, how is it supposed to smell? Should I start again with a new fish because I don't know if mine turned out right
One month? I understand hubby but the flavor it gives is everything.
Naa I like it papa even in soups 😋
😂it’s delicious lol Thank You
Thank you for sharing! I am a big momoni lover but it's difficult to find it where I live. Now I can make my own.
Awww🥰🤗😘💕
I really need this in my okro stew
Hemo ✌
This is brilliant idea
Sweet God bless you, I won’t be buying it again after I try it thanks 🙏
Why one month and two weeks?
If you want it faster, you have to let the fish rot before adding the salt, I didn’t want that so it took a longer time 🥰
You always make me proud to have you as my teacher. Aj ayikoo,May Jehovah God keep you and your family safe .✌😍
Thank You 🙏🏽🥰
Haha almighty boss.thanks auntie for always teaching us something new
😂😘✌🏽❤️
After watching I will do it soon. I will use different fish too. We will share ❤️❤️❤️
I can’t wait 😘💕
Well done my sis adjeley
Notification gang... am watching wow ... this totally new and I only imagine the flavor. Thank you for sharing...
😘😘😘Thank you
Aww thank my sweet for sharing 💖💖🙏🙏🙏
😘💕
With authentic momoni, I will suggest you do not salt the fish for about 4-5days. That will cause the fish to somehow ROT, given you the momoni scent/smell. You then add the salt and allow it to sit for about 4-5days preferably in the sun covered of course.Your momoni will be sooo authentic.
I tried that but I couldn’t appreciate it at all, all the same Thank you 🙏🏽 I’ll surely come up with something that I can tolerate, this is my first time seeing you on the channel. I like you😘✌🏽❤️
👏👏👏👏 pls did you add water
It came out good. But I prepare it by first covering the fish in plain water and then add salt the next day to ferment it for a week or 2 depending on the temperature.
I’ll try that, thank you 😘💕
I’m here filming and watching 😅
😂😘💕
Same here!
Seriously I can't live without your channel, you are so inspirational.
Awww🥰🤗Thank You
Thank you so much

It could go softer if you keep it under your oven. My suggestion please
Sweet they can keep it also in any air tight container with much oil in it for preservation and keep on top of their shelves for more than six month kraa.i personally use olive oil but any oil at all does it
Got it 👍🏽Thanks for the tip😘💕
