Crystal Preseason Powder Snowboarding [2019/2020 Season]

- The mountains were getting hammered with snow and we were religiously watching the webcams. We headed to Crystal on Sunday October 20th for a good couple feet of powder. Plenty of other people had heard the news of snow but everyone had a cheesy grin and plenty of pow. A few rocks down lower but nothing to bad. Subscribe and like!

Much appreciated! Sometimes I spend hours just trying to find some music I can vibe to for my edits. In the no snow months I was searching for songs and have a few stashed up ha.

Maybe you sleep drove to get some pow! Snow dancing like a mad man but it looks wet on the cams. Very soon though, very soon.

Nice! Splitboard/boots/bindings recommendations? :)
There's a bunch of great splits out there. If you're just getting into it swoop a cheap board off offer up or craigslist. Ive had multiple buddies swoop a complete used package for about $800. Also if you live in the PNW Boardworks tech shop can split a regular snowboard for you. My favorite boards right now are venture, jones, lib tech, Weston, k2. For bindings I'd recommend Sparks. They're very durable and functionally sound plus they're middle of the pack for price. As for boots you can use your regular snowboard boots but they obviously recieve a little more wear and tear. I usually ride with a medium/stiff boot. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
Snowboard-EN I have burton photon boots, would they work? How often do you use crampons? I assume I’ve always carry transceiver, probe and shovel?
