This is helpful. My daughter has been on the 0.01% dose for 2 years and it’s been effective for us, looking to combine that with the misight when she’s ready for it.
I think I was part of the testing of this protocol during the late 1960's. I lived in Rochester, Mn & I had my eye doctor at the Mayo Clinic. I recall eye drops every night just before going to bed. I was about 9 years old. I have a very, very strong prescription. I wear gas permeable contact lenses because I can see clearly with them. I'm 65 & wear my contacts daily from 7am till 10pm. I recall the eye drops dilated my pupils. Not sure if it helped as my eyes kept getting worse until my 20's.

What dose of atropine drops did you use for this child?
0.05%. That is the recommended starting concentration to consider.
