Commit the case to other court equivalent to CJM? 3. Or keep the case in abeyance till next CJM joins? Please make a detail video with examples of Supreme court judgements or reference.
Rules may be there but when the accused or witness not appearing before this court to participate in trial, the court has power to issue warrant in any case to compel appearance. What do you think Sir?

Summons can be converted in to warrant case, but warrant case can not be converted in to summons case
Procedure for warrenty case is prescribed under chapter XIX and summons case is prescribed under chapter Xx
