Those clear plastic pegs go into the various holes on the body armor of Cosmic figures. They port in to hold the weapons that also have hole openings. Plug one end of clear peg into armor hole, other end into weapon so it can be on body not just hands ;) Hey..how much did the 2-Pack cost at LegionsCon ??

So the plastic bits are to plug the guns into the side like a holster.
Really curious when we can get Wal-tor the mad, he is supposed to be released as a single figure
