Honda Element Tips Must-Have Upgrades
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 вер 2024
- If you own a Honda Element, you know how versatile and reliable it is. However, one of the most important components of your vehicle is often overlooked: the tires. Upgrading your tires can make a huge difference in the performance and safety of your Honda Element. Tires that are old, worn out, or damaged can compromise your vehicle's handling, braking, and overall stability on the road. New tires can improve your Honda Element's grip and traction, especially in wet or slippery conditions. This can help you avoid accidents and ensure a safer, more comfortable ride. Don't overlook the importance of upgrading your tires on your Honda Element. Visit your local tire shop and invest in quality tires that will keep you safe and enhance your driving experience.
A back-up camera is an important safety feature for any vehicle, including the Honda Element. Installing a back-up camera can provide drivers with a clearer and wider view of what is behind their vehicle, allowing them to avoid accidents and park with greater ease. In particular, the Honda Element's unique design can create blind spots that make it difficult to see behind the vehicle, making a back-up camera even more crucial. With a back-up camera installed, drivers can have greater confidence and peace of mind when maneuvering their Honda Element in tight spaces or backing up in busy areas. Overall, having a back-up camera in your Honda Element is a simple and effective way to enhance your safety and driving experience.

Love checking out your Element, it's so cool! Wish Honda would revive the model with a full European launch.
@TimGowTV Thank you for your kind words we appreciate you! When we do our next sticker run I will have mail you some 🙏 I hear elements in the UK are rare right? Because it either has to be imported from Japan or the states ?

Falken Wildpeaks are the most underrated tire for the past decade! So much bang for your buck with minimal road noise!
I like the Mirror Cam, I have a different version where its wireless rear cam that ran the entire time. It only lasted a year or so...guess you get what you pay for. Will look into the one you got!
I'm so glad I got the Falkens. For sure man I'll have to keep you posted on the camera.
I have a 2006 element but I want a new one
As much as I like the 2011 elements they don't drive the same and the driver and passenger seats don't pull forward as much as the older ones do.
Can't wait til the custom color plates come out for the slim!
Not that I need a new Element...my 2009 has only 104K miles, and I intend to keep it "forever"...but I wish Honda would reimagine/redesign/upgrade it. Better fuel economy, seating for five, maybe a sliding rear door on the curb side (because sometimes the rearward opening doors are a pain), inside rear hatch release, or even cooler would be the original concept with the retracting rear roof and rear window. Small stuff like USB ports front and back would be welcome too.
Mabe thinner A pillars? The ones one there are real beefy and I find myself not catching things in front of me.
@@jmjosemora16 For sure. You can hide an elephant behind those A pillars.
How are you liking the Falkens now? I’m between them and some Mich CrossClimate2’s.
Really love the Falkens so far. I have about 1,000 miles on then so far and no complaints. I should of gone for a bit wider like the 225 ot 235 but I'm happy.
I have the crossclimate 2 on 3 vehicles, Acura TSX 2011, Element 2006 and a Santa Fe 2021. Love the tires, they are great in all types of conditions.
Very nice upgrade bro
Thanks brother! Hope you and your family are all doing well 🙏
What type/model of bike rack is that one ?
How did you install that upper hatch pull down handle to close it from the interior?
It's a kit from Elementdriven super easy. However you can make your own there's a few good videos of people who have done it. Just remove the panel to see how it pulls.
@@ReadySetElement Thanks! I got the interior opening latch from elementdriven, but i was talking about the nylon tab handle you added to the top hatch that allows you to pull it down from it's open position. Sorry for the multiple questions ha
wow, i just looked at my order and it appears that this comes with it haha! nevermind. thanks!
Name of the product on Amazon?
Peelse Mirror Dash Cam link also in the description 🙌
Can you do mine?
Yeah of course it was very easy to do. Maybe at the next element meet up here in SoCal?
@@ReadySetElement that would be awesome! I never know when these are but find out after they’re over. Any chance they’d ever be in Indiana, Tennessee or Alabama? I’m a couple days’ drive from Cali now, living and working in Indiana but driving to Alabama a lot too. 😃

Love all your Element tweaks! I have a bad case of Element Envy!
I have the same tire but in 235/70/16. Best. Tire. Ever. I would definitely get those for your next set of tires.
Do you get any sort of rubbing in the rear ? That was my only concern. I definitely should of gone for the 235s
Falken wildpeaks for the win 🥇
I wanna ride that slide!
Like the vibe on this one
I really love this video!!! My favorite animals are the goats 🐐 !!!
The Deezy rack is boss - I want that one too - nice vid
Thank you so much! It was super simple to set up and install.
Do you think the 235 width would make it look “Beefier”?
Yes my biggest regret was not getting the 235 they looks so much nicer makes the element look complete.
Definitely looking into backup camera/front camera. Do you know if there is a wider lens available?
I'm not sure if there are any wider lenses available that are compatible with this system however when changing the view point it does give you different angles.
I love your video and want that camera. I am confused as to where to buy it and what the name of the camera is? Can you tell me? I hope you see this note.
Thank you for watching and enjoying the video. I have added the link to the description and I will also add it here for you. Pelsee Mirror Dash Cam - amzn.to/3W1D3xP

Nice. Does your wife sell those stickers she made showing the engine size?
Yes she is actually just making a new batch of them with different colors to pick from. I will post it here when they are available 😀
Neat! I really need that camara for me Odyssey.
Dude it's so helpful I get to record front and rear and have it as a backup camera.
Does that mirror prevent the visors from being folded down all the way?
No issues as long as you move the mirror to the side when folding the visors.
Sweet
That bike what??. More info. Please.

@@ReadySetElement thanks for you reply and thanks for your videos ✌️
Great set-up!!! Love the camera and your roof rack, are the 235’s a wider tire? I also have the 215’s on mine cooper tires, which have been good for winter driving here in Colorado. Well all the best, big fan, maybe one of these days , show up at a meet - up…best wishes, Jake ‘07 Element lx 160k
Always great to hear from our long time subscriber Jack. Thanks for your kind words. Yes the 235 are wider
