The new owners should have never tried to race her. They were risking her health for no reason. Even if she would have won it would not have made her value go up anymore than it already is. They risked her health and got her beat. It was reckless. She will be a great broodmare.
For as much as they paid for her $9.5 million they had to try racing her to recoup some of that money. Now how many babies is she gonna have to produce just to break even ???
