The video lecture is very informative . I have doubt at one particular point, as per my understanding for DC signal as fixed value its RMS , average and maximum value is same , no need to multiply that value with sqrt(2) to obtained maximum value. You have multiply by sqrt(2), can you please explain why is it so?
