❤️🖤 I have no insights, just a lot of appreciation. this pod is one of my favorite pieces of media that I regularly consume. here's to many more years!
"Doesn't mean you're gonna score the penalty either" .. One of the most sarcastic phrases that I don't think anyone other than Milan fans will appreciate :D
Tomori turns 27 this december and still plays like a 18 year old. He is untrustworthy on the ball, makes rash challenges and isnt focussed when marking or clearing the ball. That second goal fiorentina scored was abysmal timing from him.
Tomori can polish Buongiorno shoes. Keeping Kalulu, sending Tomori in a mid table PL club and we could sign Buongiorno. Instead we did exactly the opposite, give away Pierre, sign a bench fullback for 20 ml, a crap right back for 18 ml and we keep who will never step up
Milan should use him as a right back. Or play a back 3 in a 343 formation. But as a center back he is not good. There’s a reason Southgate selected Harry McGuire over Tomori.
I'm glad fans seem to be holding the players to a higher standard. This fan base has been soft and so have the players. This is competitive sport this team needs to act like it.
Like who in their right sense signs royal, like its royal. There is a reason he cant get into the Brazilian set up again., Such a downgrade even with calabria as our right back n this is a bold statement to say the least.
I think it's over for Fonseca unless very severe disciplinary action is taken towards the players in the squad and they respond well to it. If the players don't respect him and don't intend to follow his instructions he won't stand a chance to do well. It doesn't matter how good a coach is if the players don't follow him. To some degree it's his responsibility to inspire the players to follow him but also its the players responsibility to follow the instructions of the coach, regardless of their personal feelings about it. Tbh, if I was in Fonsecas position and it was the case that the players aren't willing to co-operate I would consider resigning because then I can leave with some degree of dignity.
Theo showed no leadership at all vs Fiorentina and needs to be stripped of the captain’s armband. If reports are true that the players intentionally ignored Fonseca’s reminders of who the hierarchy is when it comes to taking penalties, then it makes not only Fonseca look bad but it makes the players look bad as well because the players are showing that they don’t care about what Fonseca says. If we keep going like this, the questions need to start being asked not only about Fonseca but about some of these players as well.
In the first 2 months of the season more than half of the issues have stemmed from Theo. Not sure what happeend, but his attitude, lack of leadership aren’t worth putting up with. I understand he’s a good player but giving partial effort half the time is unacceptable.
Theo has always had a disciplinary problem. He has too many red cards and honestly Milan needs to re-evaluate some of these players. Specifically Theo, Leao, Tomori, RLC, Chukwueze, Jovic, Abraham and Emerson. We also need to re-evaluate the management too. I think all 3 stooges need to be replaced - Furlani, Ibra and Moncada all need to go. Milan needs a proper sporting CEO and Sporting Director. Until then there is no need to talk about change until it comes down from the top. Fonseca was already a bad appointment but look at who Milan had before Fonseca. Lopetegui? Ironically he has the same record this season as Fonseca with 2 losses in the league and in Europe. So this management sucks and so does Cardinale who appointed them.
Now it has come to a time where our best players don't care Sell as many as you want but management has to be better otherwise all the revenue will be gone and all left will be shit
The second PK should have been taken higher. De Gea is tall and has good reach he already guessed one, we know he can reach the bottom corners. but goalies probability of stopping a mid to high penalty shot is almost zero.
This team is built to scrape 4th place ....shameful purchasing despite financial security...some positive I saw leao work his arse off in Florence!! ...shame he and pulisic only.
Great content as always guys but I have to say penalties....all can score de gea just played great, does it matter seriously.....the lackadaisical approach...almost all looking jetlagged is more of an issue then penalties, I understand it's about respect and following the managers instructions. very little interest so lacking in pace firenze deserved the win on effort alone

Pulisic given the arm band first game back. Booking it now. Buries a penalty as well

Thanks for answering my questions, fellas!

Why sign Emerson Royale is beyond me, who made that choice?
Our loser management that anthony "the maldini hater" is in love with

@sempreMilan Do you feel that management is the biggest issue at hand? Or do you support them?

Inter kit looks bad in eafc 25 but Milan kit is just hideous.
So much for gerry Marketing! Now we are not even part of the fifa games anymore
There's an ego issue in this locker room.. not sure where it's come from, but it's going to cost the season.
