Well it basically depends on how good you coaching module is. Like in my case it only has brief points and does not have much of the theory part, but that may not be true for your coaching, secondly my coaching module has a lot of examples but it kind of varies from chapter to chapter so I cannot completely rely on it.
What you can try is compare any of theory book to your coaching modules(especially the consistency of module because for me some chapters are good but others not so good) and then take decision
