Noida will grow because of overpriced Gurugram.... currently in Gurugram, no option for upper middle class(family which earns upto 4 lakh take home)....only option for salaried person is to move to Noida, Pune, Bangalore to have a house/flat from salary...On the name of luxury, Gurugram flat's starting prices are 4CR....how salary person can think about to purchase a flat that cost 4+ CR.....only CEOs or Delhi people who sells their property in Delhi manage to purchase flat/plot in Gurugram....waha sirf super rich log rahenge baki ke pass koi option he nahi hai jo 2 CR tak ka flat dhoond rahe😂

Market me stagnation aayega (except luxury ). I am investing and monitoring it since 2017.
Stagnation is part of every market and knowing when it will come is what a industry consultant does and advice on the basis of that but yes we are far from stagnation in the current market right now.
up and down ka cycle toh chalta hi rahega
2027 se 2033 tak price stagnate/slow increase krega
2033-2040 boom in real estate

What about open sewage system in Noida? Development started in 1976, still the sewage system is open. It stinks extremely bad at many places that one cannot drive with open windows of the car.
There is no local market.. people go to Delhi for local shopping.
Noida can also be divided in 3 parts based on gentry level.. atleast avoid wasting your money in Noida extension.
I have lived in Gurgaon, Delhi, central noida and bow in Noida extension from last 1 year or so. Its pathetic place.
I agree to few of your points but i would request you to watch our gurugram podcast we just uploaded, you will get your answers.
gurgaon and delhi people will never use jewar airport and even noida people also because of kilometres and still no major malls or transportation nothing is in noida
Sir let's not assume for everybody I am also from Delhi rest there are lot of things which are coming in Noida and we are going to talk about them in our upcoming podcast but yes you can always come for a cup of coffee to discuss all that in our office.😊

Logo ko kaat rahe hai coat pant pehn ke. Luxury segment sirf ghar se nai area se bhr hota hai.sector 150 ke aas pass khet hai and they are calling it luxury. Mark my words 2025 every flat will be back to their original price

Lets talk about it over a cup of coffee there is a logic behind everything brother.
@@realestatea2z i will pay for the coffee but you wont except the fact that luxury is all bullshit when it comes to sector 150.
1. Sports city work is not done we read thé newspapers daily
2. The yamuna river is a flood zone so you wont see any big buildings all around , villages wont be removed at all.
3. People will realise once the age of building come to 10-15 years all luxury gone and noida E category flats(sec 150) will have lower value as they have paid for lights not for land . On paper 150 sector is too low
