Well her super weapon is much better than the standard one, thus Super weapon general. Would be overkill and unbalanced to give one general all superweapon types.
Originally she used to have three, the Particle Cannon, the Cruise Missile Silo (a weaker, missile version of the MOAB), and the Tomahawk Storm (a SCUD Storm without toxins, and just Tomahawk missiles.), but the latter two are cut.
Maybe your version of Generals:Zero Hour is 1.00. It's different from the latest version because: 1.00: Alpha Auroras deal damage only when the fuel air explosion is released. It is also colored white. 1.04 (Latest): Alpha Aurora bombs deal damage when it hits an enemy, then deals damage after the fuel air explosion. The color of the Aurora is changed to black.
Alexander is always overpowered, especially if you know how to play her. The 50% discount of her Particle Cannon, her EMP turrets and her frightening Aurora Alphas makes this Boss Fight easier to win, even on Hard difficulty
this mustve been on either easy or medium, because on hard they rush you with a sneak attack the moment the palace...

I played the game when she had the Tomahawk Storm, Particle Cannon, and Nuclear Silo. That was years ago - they cut them out?
