Very true. One security guard I came across once.. I had to deposit money at the atm but didnt have my atm card with me, he offered to help me with his atm card and in exchange of his service I give him a N$10. After the transaction I told him thats a good side hustle. But fact remains they have become beggers really even tho they're employed.

The state’s prosecution still has to present legally-admissible evidence in court and meet the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Most Banks prefer to employ part time staffs . What do you expect from a staff that is aware he has nothing at stake when he's disengaging ? Very easy to be tempted to engage n theft & robbery .
