Thank you so much! I was about to take it to the shop. The step I was skipping was the trip screen and the home enter, let go, the enter again! I actually had the Service A Exceeded by 34 Days. I change oil based on miles because my annual driven miles is very low.
Thank you for this video - and let me just say, screw Mercedes for making this process so ridiculously difficult and complex. There’s only ONE reason and that’s for force frustrated owners back to the dealership and $
If it gets stuck and will not reset, Change Miles to Kilometers, calculate the number of KM needed, then do the reset. Once finished, return to miles. Weird but it worked for me.
Not sure what year and model you are trying to reset or what the cluster said before and after not these can be tricky to get the first time. I know Mercedes has an issue with clusters that dont reset and need to have the cluster updated in order to take the maintenance reset. Hope that helps.

What is the difference between oil grade 229.5 vs 229.6 ? How do we know which one is the one for our vehicle
I'll make a video about it in the future. But basically if you're in U.S.A. use 229.5.
Thanks
Thankyou for the help from a BMW tech
No problem 👍 Do BMW brake systems have any issues like this.
@@benzworks8453 it’s a similar way of resetting through the instrument cluster. But BMW has all kinds of issues😂
Mine still says service B due
