you only get ankle breakers on ppl who like to reach, as for defense always hold RB and LB but let go of RB half way through because you can get your ankles broken... also always time your blocks... if you block a ball, no matter if it's out of bounds, you get the ball.. so always stay in front of your opponent and block shots!
