Absolutely correct, I've noticed that too last year, people can pay hacker to create bogus comments, likes, video views and large amounts of subscribers using botnets, or view bots for increased video views. I've even seen a few videos on here showing people how to but large amounts of subscribers organically.
Because sol comments were probably written by the scam merchant who you see in this video of someone who gets pays to write gif him.

Didn't work. I downloaded 2 apps like it told me to, but then told me i had to download 4 more in order for it to work. Someone below said this video is bullshit and that all it does is download apps that install malware on ur phone. WTF!!!!
