Thanks for the video, but I dont think you covered just HOW Mist AI understands whats going on? Where does Mist AI Cloud get the user-experience/connectivity, etc., data from? There is an AI engine that is being fed information... who is feeding that data? Just the AP? How does Mist AI know about how the SaaS-based app is behaving and the user-experience? Thank you
This is covered in the video and answered by Mist gets the data from all connected Mist devices (APs, Switches, WAN routers etc) about all connected end devices/ clients. This is explained in the video. As for how the AI understands and works with this data - that is way above my pay-grade in knowledge as I'm not an AI Technician :)
