whats the difference between downloading a regular image and installing it into vmware or downloading the kali linux image specially designed as a vmware machine?

When i double cluck the ovf file its open vmware 15 player and it get me to a end user license accept the ent user license agreements I press next than it tells me to name for the new virtual machine , than i press import , but when i press import it tells me the import failed because C:\users\myname\onedrive\desktop\kali-linux-2020.2a-vbox exetra , then i press retry and it become importing kali-linux , then get to 3 or 4% and give me a nother error, can u plz help me
when i get the the firstg page(options to choose) i cant move down to graphical install, no matter what i do, also it does capture my keyboard, it just doesnt do what i click

I have the same problem. Were you able to settle it well? if so how did you do it?
Just go back to network mirror and choose "No".. then follow the video instructions, you'll be fine :)
