Broken Peach are from Vigo (Galicia region) Spain. They've been together since 2009 (with the current lineup in place since 2017) and historically been known as a cover band but now have released four singles from their upcoming album which is ALL original. They've become somewhat of a cult band on YT with the annual releases of Halloween cover vids in full undead makeup and costumes. Really wonderful people and worth going down the rabbit hole. Lara Rodriguez Perez (blond on the left) is the band founder and boss.
I discovered broken Peach just a few months back. I've been watching all of their videos that I can. I get goosebumps still watching them. I'm 66 heavy metal head banging rocker.
Well UA-cam introduced me to your channel via Broken Peace so yeah definitely check them out more :) I will be subscribing and checking out some of your other reactions. Fun video :D
When I hit them up after they released this and applauded them for sampling Rammstein's "Deutschland" for their intro, they told me I was the first to notice! Did you catch that?
Loved the Soft Cell version in the 80's and this is a great, fun cover that the excellent Broken Peach did for Halloween a year or two ago. But the best is the 1964 Gloria Jones original, a classic song that got lost after the 80's cover.
Its funny one of the first things you mention is probably the only criticism I can come up with... where is the keyboardist? Its a video... I don't know - OR care - if they are actually singing in it. That's not what a video is really for. (Unless, obviously, its intended that its "live".) But... its clear that they are intended to LOOK LIKE they are playing and so, where is the synth sound coming from? There doesn't even appear to be a keyboardist in the band. The only other possible criticism I can make is that, as many have commented, Green Hair is so bloody entertaining to watch - the way she moves is like some creepy horror movie flick effect - and it makes it difficult to pull away and watch everybody else. (The was probably even more true in One Way Or Another.) Love'em!
@@turtlesmusicthoughts If you're trying to be relevant, a little research before selecting a topic would be useful. Many people have already videoed a side-by-side reaction to this cover. Although, I think we all agree, Broken Peach does a great job.

FYI, Tainted Love was first sung by Gloria Jones in 1964 (I Think written by Ed Cobb?). Soft Cell was also a cover.
Then copied by Marilyn Manson

Depeche Mode Personal Jesus cover live is very good. Green hair girl very good in this video.
That’s Erika - she’s head and shoulders above the rest with her movements and facial expressions, she’s very watchable :)

Pepo (guitarist) handles all the keyboards. They are pretracked for videos and live performances when he's also playing guitar on a song.
FU!
No, literally, the Peach' cover of Forget You by CeeLo Greene, written by Bruno Mars, is my fave followed by Tainted Love. 😂
Smoke another join.
Sorry ... you are very late into the game concerning Broken Peach.
and? Better late then never. You one of those gatekeepers?
