Wow this is the longest parade I’ve ever seen in New England. I’ll have to look into it next year, those towns are all familiar when I went to Vermont for my first time about a month ago. I love the brush trucks and seeing the MA Forest Control Trucks is a rare sight from the eastern side of MA, those are really nice

What happens if the fire department gets a call during the parade?
Towns that are part of the parade usually only send a truck or two, so the rest of them are still available to respond. If they need them, though, they'll just leave the parade.

Vancouver is a bit large for them.
We have them out in Winnipeg MB but very Infrequently.
This parade is aweaome. We have it every september. The parade is the first part, it has fire depeatments from all over and at the end of the parade they hold a competition to see what fire Department is the best
