At 04:31 you can see how the expander is installed incorrectly, there is an extra arrow on it which must point to the rear. In the manual of the expander is even a picture of it.☹☹☹☹ It is also forbidden to use grease or carbon paste at the connection between the head tube and stem. This is also clearly stated in the TARMAC instructions.🤬
Unfortunately, those instructions do not prevent the shaft pipe from making noise while driving. Tarmac is a framework full of bugs. The plastic spacers they use are extremely weak. In addition, since the front caliper hose passes straight and without angles through the fork, stability on the handlebar becomes difficult. I'm sorry books don't write everything.

Thanks for sharing great build. BTW, how is this possible? Compared to origin components, the only difference is wheels: RAPID CLX(1400g) => 353NSW(1280g, including tape and valves). My s works tarmac sl7 with sram red etap / bottle cage / barfly mount weights 7.0kg... Can you guess any reason? I think your build is about 200g lighter than origin sl7
