LAX was looking for 500 "Volunteers" to test the new terminal during the Summer of 2020 and got about 15,000 people to sign up, including me. Then covid19 struck. The volunteer test program was postponed indefinitely, and the whole building sits idle in November, 2020.
imo they should make one for atlanta airport i mean the airport just built two large canopies thatd be a great timelapse idea

I had the misfortune of getting a flight from LAX to Sydney a few years ago. The international terminal was one of the worst I have ever been in - squalid with almost no facilities.

How could they? They can't magically go back and set up cameras to record it. The construction company/property owners have request that they setup cameras months in advance.
This has to be a really expensive upgrade!

At the parking structures at Tom Bradley, elevators are so freaking tiny that passengers had to form long lines just to use it. Imagine passengers pushing carts of luggages trying to squeeze into those tiny elevators. It's happening right now.
So... did they draw inspiration from Norman Mineta International in San Jose?? Because that's what I thought of the moment I saw those rooves

NOW if they can just teach people how to drive and widen all the traffic lanes to 4 or 5 , not allow peds to walk or cross any road, no curbside parking, color code pathways for easy something, more Lot "C" parking and faster tram service I'D be happy to use LAX if I needed but it is a long way from my mountain retirement home in Idaho.... enjoy the rush folks.
