I mean it's just that colombia now is not having a good development in security with the all the thing of the migrants (that even if it's not all of them, there are some that have contributed to the insecurity on the streets.) so that's why it is even worse now

I would think this is actually safer than if you just normal mountain bike, as access to ems would be a lot faster. As a lot of mountains are very hard and costly to evac from.
