In this episode of Scaler Pod, we have Joydeep Sen Sarma, Co-founder & CEO of ClearFeed.
From achieving an exceptional all-India rank of 18 in the rigorous IIT-JEE exams to reshaping the tech landscape with his pioneering work on consistent database systems, Joydeep's journey showcases his strong determination. As a Data Infrastructure Lead at Facebook, he collaborated with colleague Ashish Thusoo to develop the groundbreaking Hive data warehouse software which is now also called Apache Hive. Their joint success propelled them to co-found Qubole, a state-of-the-art platform in data analytics.
Later Joydeep started ClearFeed in the year 2021.ClearFeed is a software program that helps businesses manage customer support requests on Slack. It uses AI to track inquiries, identify urgent issues, and measure how the queries are getting resolved internally. ClearFeed helps businesses provide better customer support by streamlining communication and offering valuable data on Slack.
