This made me SO hyped! I'm still to play the 1.2 storyline, but the fact that Albedo is actually tied to the overarching Khaenri'ah plot is amazing and makes me value him even more.

If you look at 'we will be reunited ' story teaser at 0:40 that is basically what will happen ... since albedo is fully aware that he is a ticking time bomb .. he asks the traveller if there is a time where he loses control of his power he wants him to promise that he stops him
@@oliver5479 ikr. That is why when I got zhongli as a week-old player, I searched up some vids about him and most of them are complaining how his damage is so low. Like wtf? Isn't he a support with aoe 3 seconds stun and a shield that absorbs massive damage? Why the heck would you build him as a dps? I think the resonance in his skills was just to give him some damage despite giving the team very high survivability.

@@peeenguinne3858 Well, that's because you're a new player, so you wouldn't know, but Zhongli's skills came out much different than expected (from leaked content, test servers, insider info, and Mihoyo's own misleading marketing). It wasn't people thinking he was a DPS for no reason. The issue with him wasn't exactly that he turned out to be a support unit, but that he was underwhelming and outclassed by every other 4* support character when he's THE 5* Geo Archon. Mihoyo showed him destroying enemies by himself, highlighted his attack animations and even talked about his damage output as if he was some god-tier DPS, while other characters like Albedo and Venti actually got trailers explicitly showing they are meant for support.
I honestly find it hilarious how the knights are oblivious about the whole Khaenri’ah and Khemia thing. They’re like “this guy looks kinda funny and we don’t know anything about him, but Alice says he’s chill, so we’ll give him free reign and access to all resources.” I’m beginning to side with Diluc in his evaluations of the order’s capabilities

Honestly, mondstadt's fate is not looking good..its like everything is laid out and planned for mondstadt's destruction. A lot of people say inazuma was dark, liyue also has some dark aspects, but mondstadt is the most sus nation. Its suspiciously too peaceful and happy, oblivious to the fact that their city is run by people who could possibly betray them one day.
@@harukinakamura6630 agreed, Mondstadt has less than a dozen of people capable enough to hold any administrative power, and it looks like calm before the storm because a storm is just bound to happen when naive carefree people are given full freedom. Nations just don't function like this for long. And Mond has the most ties to Khaenri'ah than other nations so far, the history is definitely sus. I get the impression Liyue and Inazuma at least only have to manage their own issues, while Mond's problematic connestions are all over the place (Abyss, Dragonspine nation, Khaenri'ah, beef with Fatui) When in 5 years we'll be done with our tour around Teyvat and finally come back and deal with last chapter (Khaenri'ah), I'll have the time of my life because honestly this part of the story seems the most intriguing to me...

She doesn't even know kaeya's true history. She just knows that he is adopted by ragganvindr family. Also albedo, i dont think she knows about his secret power. So as a result, kaeya despite being sus, does his job efficiently and so jean some how turns a blind eye or doesnt show any sign of suspicion in him. One of kaeya's motives are he will achieve his goal no matter the means even if it uses dirty underhanded tricks. Albedo despite being sus, he is the reason for mondstadt's alchemy prosperity. So she still lets them remain to run the city

Ikr! I got him by accident from my first 10 pulls in his banner. The more I spent time playing him, the more I love him. He's really good and his skill and burst are pretty satisfying. Plus I love his English voice, it's so calming to listen to. I never regretted getting him at all. ❤

"It hails from Khaenri'ah." This word again- I keep on hearing it everywhere. This word is also the name of the final chapter of the storyline, if you go check the complete Teyvat storyline review on Genshin's channel; It makes me wonder if this "Khaenri'ah" is tied to the creation of magic in Teyvat, or Teyvat itself. Albedo says something to himself at the end of his story quest (SPOILERS AHEAD)-- something along the lines of "Your magic is just like mine. So when the time comes, if I ever destroy Mondstadt, can I rely on you to stop me?" Now THIS opens up a lot of new doors. We know that he was talking about the Traveler when he said "you", and we know that his magic hails from this Khaenri'ah. When he said his magic was just like the Traveler's, does that mean the Traveler's magic is also tied to Khaenri'ah? I think so. After all, we know Khaenri'ah is tied to the unknown god that stopped the twins' path at the beginning of the story-- otherwise, it wouldn't be the name of the very final chapter, most likely their fated battle with the unknown god. Furthermore, it is canon that Khaenri'ah is a region where, as Dainsleif says, "the god's gaze does not fall". Khaenri'ah houses a powerful, ancient, and dark form of magic that existed on Teyvat as long as all the others have, possibly the very magic that the unknown god derives her power from (hence the unusual red cubes that she summons, ones that don't look like any of the elements). She and the twins had their first battle, and the unknown god accidentally (or purposefully, we don't really know) transferred some of this dark power to the Traveler that the player picks (most likely when she traps the Traveler's hand in her red cubes, right after she takes their twin). Thus, the Traveler now had the dark power of the unknown god inside of them, one that allowed them to channel normal elemental energy. But now, the question is: How did Albedo get the power of Khaenri'ah? Now onto the next theory! Dainsleif, the evident narrator of these Collected Miscellanies; He seems to have some sort of unusual interest in Albedo, which he shows after he begins talking about how his powers come from Khaenri'ah. He's also most likely tied to this region somehow, whether it be an old rival or an old friend. Although, from the way he describes Albedo, it seems like the power hailing from Khaenri'ah is extremely uncontrollable; Hence why I feel like it's some form of dark magic. One last thought for you all to think about: "Khaenri'ah" in Arabic means "Stagnant". bUT that's just a theory- A GAME THEORYYYYY >:3 I've always wanted to do that-
Albedo might originally hail from Khaenri'ah, like Kaeya. Perhaps it was also him who devised a plan on how to bring that nation down and is feeling very guilty about it. Maybe.

Getting a Vision just further contributed to this behavior. She's just a chuunibyou. If you played during the Unreconciled Stars event, you'll see her breaking character and talking normally before she leaves, and is rather embarrassed about it.

Also he's probably an Albedo Hater/Skipper that doesn't realize how much of a good sub-dps and support Albedo is. Constant geo dmg + crystallize spam pars with Zhongli, but in terms of shielding (Pun intended) Zhongli is better at shielding, so if compared to Zhongli DPS-wise, Albedo deals more Constant Geo DPS while Zhongli is more on the Burst Geo DMG side. So while he is an underwhelming 5 star you can't deny the fact that he's a good sub-dps/support that's perfectly balanced, not broken nor too weak.

This may or may not count as a spoiler, but I'll try my best to make sure what I am saying doesn't ruin anything (it probably won't, but I know how sensitive people can be to anything that can be remotely considered a spoiler) To me, Genshin Impact is a world that takes place in one of the many bubbles that hold alternate worlds of Honkai Impact. Therefore, Genshin Impact follows the same rules as Honkai Impact. Once human civilization reaches a certain point in advancement, it will trigger the so-called "Honkai". The reason why miHoYo's previous game, "Honkai 3rd Impact" is called that is because there have been 3 previous Honkai in the story of that game. The city of Celestia, which you can see in the sky and the place where the game's startup menu takes place in, was most likely established to prevent a Honkai from happening, which is why there are 7 Archons governing the 7 Elements and Regions of Teyvat. The Archons are supposed to step in to stop Honkai in accordance with the rules of Celestia. From what I remember, 3 of these Archons, the Archon of Wind, Geo, and Dendro, all refuse the rules of Celestia. Freedom isn't freedom if it is controlled by a higher power. What meaning do contracts have if a larger contract binds them all together? What is the purpose of knowledge if it will only turn into ignorance with time? This is exactly why Barbatos lets the city of Mondstadt govern itself and why only Rex Lapis decides to only come to Liyue during the Rite of Ascension. The next piece of speculation could (and maybe even should) be considered an end-game spoiler, so stop yourself now if you really care about that kind of stuff Khaenir'ah is a city that has advanced it's knowledge and technology to an extremely high point. Celestia feared that this city would trigger a Honkai Impact, so they go to war against Khaenir'ah, destroying the city in the process. The destruction of this city is what I assume is what Lumine sees in the story trailer. As to why Lumine (or Aether, depending on who you chose to play as) is helping the enemy, I have a few suspicions, but it would be best if I shouldn't say them here. Not all secrets should be revealed so easily you know~
There's a running lore that hasn't been confirmed. But gets confirmed bit by bit officially each time. Lumine and aether are from a different world. Changing world's to escape the past. Their world is destroyed. In teyvat, there was a 8th nation. The nation of knowledge. Whose god yearned for understanding and learnt to disobey the strict rules the god of gods imposed. See, the god of gods set highly strict rules to avoid honkai. Universal destruction. But the 8th nation was close to achieving it etc. So they were destroyed. Their God however used it's power to save them somehow. And the 8th nation's large population turned into hilichurls. Which is why hilichurls are smart monsters. Abyss mages are 8th nation vision bearers. Idk why they are evil. But they all lost their memories iirc. Anyways. Lumine (who was caught) (we play aether) is the princess of abyss mages and is doing something to defeat the god of gods, we donno why. During the archon battle. The god of gods was defeated but not killed. We assume it's paimon, which her magic sealed away, paimon doesn't look like the god of gods which is why archons don't recognise her. I assume end game she'll remember.

He always self inserts his self at the very last in the collected miscellany videos but i guess this is the only video so faf where he fets a bit threatening but liking it so far cant wait for the story.
This is one of those characters that I thought would be garbage but he turned out better than I expected. His E is spammable with big aoe, his transient Blooms always give 1 GEO particle (unlike a certain someone's pillar), and his burst has low energy cost like Zhongli, giving him more frequent access to his burst compared to zhongli. If enemies get hit with 2 Fatal blossoms or if you have his C2, that's potentially a slightly weaker but much more spammable zhongli burst. Bonus elemental mastery also means stronger crystallized shields and better reaction dmg (not as strong as zhongli's Jade shield ofc). Edit: Yeah so I tested it out and the energy gen is also rng. However, since it's not reliant on a static pillar with a stingy aoe like zhongli, energy gen is still much more comfortable as opposed to zhongli pillars.
His transient blooms particle regeneration definitely isn't a 100%. It's more like a 2 to 1 basis right now. Although it does feel very consistent because of how wide his E is and the fact we are pretty much constantly proccing it. It does feel wayyyy better than Zhongli's particle creation.
The final boss fight in dragonspine will likely be a corrupted Albedo, they have given so many hints about it. I think when the sword is completed, Albedo gets corrupted by the black dragon's power

@@oliver5479 ikr. That is why when I got zhongli as a week-old player, I searched up some vids about him and most of them are complaining how his damage is so low. Like wtf? Isn't he a support with aoe 3 seconds stun and a shield that absorbs massive damage? Why the heck would you build him as a dps? I think the resonance in his skills was just to give him some damage despite giving the team very high survivability.
@@peeenguinne3858 before Zhongli came out Mihoyo played up his damage potential in trailers (there was some line about him dealing "enormous damage"), which combined with that fact of his origins (spoiler) made people expect him to be a lot better at dealing damage.
@@peeenguinne3858 Well, that's because you're a new player, so you wouldn't know, but Zhongli's skills came out much different than expected (from leaked content, test servers, insider info, and Mihoyo's own misleading marketing). It wasn't people thinking he was a DPS for no reason. The issue with him wasn't exactly that he turned out to be a support unit, but that he was underwhelming and outclassed by every other 4* support character when he's THE 5* Geo Archon.
Mihoyo showed him destroying enemies by himself, highlighted his attack animations and even talked about his damage output as if he was some god-tier DPS, while other characters like Albedo and Venti actually got trailers explicitly showing they are meant for support.
The narrator put himself in the actually story a way more. Knowing he will be the voice actor for one character is kinda sus.

Honestly, mondstadt's fate is not looking good..its like everything is laid out and planned for mondstadt's destruction. A lot of people say inazuma was dark, liyue also has some dark aspects, but mondstadt is the most sus nation. Its suspiciously too peaceful and happy, oblivious to the fact that their city is run by people who could possibly betray them one day.
@@harukinakamura6630 agreed, Mondstadt has less than a dozen of people capable enough to hold any administrative power, and it looks like calm before the storm because a storm is just bound to happen when naive carefree people are given full freedom. Nations just don't function like this for long.
And Mond has the most ties to Khaenri'ah than other nations so far, the history is definitely sus. I get the impression Liyue and Inazuma at least only have to manage their own issues, while Mond's problematic connestions are all over the place (Abyss, Dragonspine nation, Khaenri'ah, beef with Fatui)
When in 5 years we'll be done with our tour around Teyvat and finally come back and deal with last chapter (Khaenri'ah), I'll have the time of my life because honestly this part of the story seems the most intriguing to me...

She doesn't even know kaeya's true history. She just knows that he is adopted by ragganvindr family. Also albedo, i dont think she knows about his secret power. So as a result, kaeya despite being sus, does his job efficiently and so jean some how turns a blind eye or doesnt show any sign of suspicion in him. One of kaeya's motives are he will achieve his goal no matter the means even if it uses dirty underhanded tricks. Albedo despite being sus, he is the reason for mondstadt's alchemy prosperity. So she still lets them remain to run the city

Gold = The one who caused the whole cataclysm (suspected to be Rhinedotir, Albedo creators)
Dainsleif and Venti knew and were concerned about how dangerous Albedo existence.
Not to mention, Dainsleif and Venti are the keys to the main plot.
So Albedo will be the one of the most important characters who may lead us to another cataclysm.

Appearances of humans are merely data drawn from the Sea of Quanta reused and reapplied as needed, with the only sense of entropy being that outside of cloning, there will not be a natural occurance of someone bearing an exact likeness to another human being.
There are many iterations of Teyvat along the Imaginary Tree that we cannot perceive in the game’s current story scope, but you can be sure that such bubble universes have already been trimmed by the natural selecting force beyond the world.

yeah! at first i dont like him that much, but after playing him for a month, he is literally insane and enjoyable, he is my favourite char right now🤗

It finally hits me that a lot of the angles in these videos, especially Albedo's, is actually Dainsleif watching everyone and keeping an eye on them.

This word again- I keep on hearing it everywhere. This word is also the name of the final chapter of the storyline, if you go check the complete Teyvat storyline review on Genshin's channel; It makes me wonder if this "Khaenri'ah" is tied to the creation of magic in Teyvat, or Teyvat itself. Albedo says something to himself at the end of his story quest (SPOILERS AHEAD)-- something along the lines of "Your magic is just like mine. So when the time comes, if I ever destroy Mondstadt, can I rely on you to stop me?"
Now THIS opens up a lot of new doors. We know that he was talking about the Traveler when he said "you", and we know that his magic hails from this Khaenri'ah. When he said his magic was just like the Traveler's, does that mean the Traveler's magic is also tied to Khaenri'ah? I think so. After all, we know Khaenri'ah is tied to the unknown god that stopped the twins' path at the beginning of the story-- otherwise, it wouldn't be the name of the very final chapter, most likely their fated battle with the unknown god. Furthermore, it is canon that Khaenri'ah is a region where, as Dainsleif says, "the god's gaze does not fall". My guess? Khaenri'ah houses a powerful, ancient, and dark form of magic that existed on Teyvat as long as all the others have, possibly the very magic that the unknown god derives her power from (hence the unusual red cubes that she summons, ones that don't look like any of the elements). She and the twins had their first battle, and the unknown god accidentally (or purposefully, we don't really know) transferred some of this dark power to the Traveler that the player picks (most likely when she traps the Traveler's hand in her red cubes, right after she takes their twin). Thus, the Traveler now had the dark power of the unknown god inside of them, one that allowed them to channel normal elemental energy.
But now, the question is: How did Albedo get the power of Khaenri'ah?
Now onto the next theory!
Dainsleif, the evident narrator of these Collected Miscellanies; He seems to have some sort of unusual interest in Albedo, which he shows after he begins talking about how his powers come from Khaenri'ah. He's also most likely tied to this region somehow, whether it be an old rival or an old friend. Although, from the way he describes Albedo, it seems like the power hailing from Khaenri'ah is extremely uncontrollable; Hence why I feel like it's some form of dark magic.
One last thought for you all to think about: "Khaenri'ah" in Arabic means "Stagnant".

The wiki also mentions khaneri'ah was destroyed, and fishl often mentions her own world's destruction... coincidence???? (Also, while obviously not confirmed, Dainslef seems to be another ex-inhabitant of this world, just wanted to mention that)

Getting a Vision just further contributed to this behavior. She's just a chuunibyou.
If you played during the Unreconciled Stars event, you'll see her breaking character and talking normally before she leaves, and is rather embarrassed about it.

Also he's probably an Albedo Hater/Skipper that doesn't realize how much of a good sub-dps and support Albedo is. Constant geo dmg + crystallize spam pars with Zhongli, but in terms of shielding (Pun intended) Zhongli is better at shielding, so if compared to Zhongli DPS-wise, Albedo deals more Constant Geo DPS while Zhongli is more on the Burst Geo DMG side.
So while he is an underwhelming 5 star you can't deny the fact that he's a good sub-dps/support that's perfectly balanced, not broken nor too weak.
I hope albedo will get a rerun soon I want him so bad😭😭😭

This may or may not count as a spoiler, but I'll try my best to make sure what I am saying doesn't ruin anything (it probably won't, but I know how sensitive people can be to anything that can be remotely considered a spoiler)
To me, Genshin Impact is a world that takes place in one of the many bubbles that hold alternate worlds of Honkai Impact. Therefore, Genshin Impact follows the same rules as Honkai Impact. Once human civilization reaches a certain point in advancement, it will trigger the so-called "Honkai". The reason why miHoYo's previous game, "Honkai 3rd Impact" is called that is because there have been 3 previous Honkai in the story of that game. The city of Celestia, which you can see in the sky and the place where the game's startup menu takes place in, was most likely established to prevent a Honkai from happening, which is why there are 7 Archons governing the 7 Elements and Regions of Teyvat. The Archons are supposed to step in to stop Honkai in accordance with the rules of Celestia. From what I remember, 3 of these Archons, the Archon of Wind, Geo, and Dendro, all refuse the rules of Celestia. Freedom isn't freedom if it is controlled by a higher power. What meaning do contracts have if a larger contract binds them all together? What is the purpose of knowledge if it will only turn into ignorance with time? This is exactly why Barbatos lets the city of Mondstadt govern itself and why only Rex Lapis decides to only come to Liyue during the Rite of Ascension.
The next piece of speculation could (and maybe even should) be considered an end-game spoiler, so stop yourself now if you really care about that kind of stuff
Khaenir'ah is a city that has advanced it's knowledge and technology to an extremely high point. Celestia feared that this city would trigger a Honkai Impact, so they go to war against Khaenir'ah, destroying the city in the process. The destruction of this city is what I assume is what Lumine sees in the story trailer. As to why Lumine (or Aether, depending on who you chose to play as) is helping the enemy, I have a few suspicions, but it would be best if I shouldn't say them here. Not all secrets should be revealed so easily you know~
There's a running lore that hasn't been confirmed. But gets confirmed bit by bit officially each time.
Lumine and aether are from a different world. Changing world's to escape the past. Their world is destroyed.
In teyvat, there was a 8th nation. The nation of knowledge. Whose god yearned for understanding and learnt to disobey the strict rules the god of gods imposed.
See, the god of gods set highly strict rules to avoid honkai. Universal destruction. But the 8th nation was close to achieving it etc. So they were destroyed. Their God however used it's power to save them somehow. And the 8th nation's large population turned into hilichurls.
Which is why hilichurls are smart monsters. Abyss mages are 8th nation vision bearers. Idk why they are evil.
But they all lost their memories iirc.
Anyways. Lumine (who was caught) (we play aether) is the princess of abyss mages and is doing something to defeat the god of gods, we donno why.
During the archon battle. The god of gods was defeated but not killed. We assume it's paimon, which her magic sealed away, paimon doesn't look like the god of gods which is why archons don't recognise her.
I assume end game she'll remember.

This is one of those characters that I thought would be garbage but he turned out better than I expected. His E is spammable with big aoe, his transient Blooms always give 1 GEO particle (unlike a certain someone's pillar), and his burst has low energy cost like Zhongli, giving him more frequent access to his burst compared to zhongli. If enemies get hit with 2 Fatal blossoms or if you have his C2, that's potentially a slightly weaker but much more spammable zhongli burst. Bonus elemental mastery also means stronger crystallized shields and better reaction dmg (not as strong as zhongli's Jade shield ofc).
Edit: Yeah so I tested it out and the energy gen is also rng. However, since it's not reliant on a static pillar with a stingy aoe like zhongli, energy gen is still much more comfortable as opposed to zhongli pillars.

His transient blooms particle regeneration definitely isn't a 100%. It's more like a 2 to 1 basis right now. Although it does feel very consistent because of how wide his E is and the fact we are pretty much constantly proccing it. It does feel wayyyy better than Zhongli's particle creation.

The final boss fight in dragonspine will likely be a corrupted Albedo, they have given so many hints about it. I think when the sword is completed, Albedo gets corrupted by the black dragon's power
