It’s a great point that investing for example ten euros today will prevent likely 100 euros of damage to our towns, agriculture, and nature in 30 to 50 years. It’s a good investment to head off severe climate change that is already showing up in events like 121 degrees Fahrenheit in even coastal Canada!

Won't have to import energy we are all ready importing energy every day the wind doesn't blow from England France and Scotland. 4500mega Watts installed of wind power and the other day it could barely muster up 80mega Watts of power.

Ever here of planting a tree or two, the amount of land used all over
the world for nothing, where trees could grow, should be covered with
trees. Wood its 100% recyclable 100% sustainable and if properly treated
can be burnt 100% carbon neutrally and most importantly removes carbon
from the air while growing and doesn't require energy to do it. Is there
something wrong with us its simple and cheap. Could be thousands of jobs created here
with a proper forestry industry. But no lets stick a Euro on a bail of briquets, that will pay off our emotions.
