All about that CBD!!
Not trying to offend you guys, Methodbox, but how does this video have less than 600 views after 3 months? Seriously! Production value is good, the title has trigger words, and after watching the video, the content is very good. It's not crazy extreme, it covers a topic well, it delivers by showing your entire portfolio in the end, and it has a good cast of characters that play off each other (two different opinions from two different points of view that even overlap in some areas, just like real life). I've seen a lot of your videos and am surprised by your low view count relative to the quality and content of the videos. How you guys researched all the 'how to grow your UA-cam channel' books and videos out there? Sorry but it's just a disconnect for me between your videos (production value and content value) and your view count. I don't mean to offend but it feels like you guys are doing 80% of the work (possibly more) and only seeing 20% of the results (definitely less as 600 views on this video is suspicious).
You should put into div paying stocks your portfolio has too much exposure to one sector

You should have not taken out money against your house. A house is value and where you live, the price will go up. Now you do not own your house anymore. At the end of the day you can lose money in the stock market and you are left owing money on your house. It is a gamble. At the end of the day it does not matter how much money you make. It is about your debt to income ratio. There are people that make over 300k a year that only have 6g in savings. There are other people that make less than 50g a year and have 30g in savings. Just watched a UA-cam video where the lady was worth over 4 million. She was a hoarder and had a 3 story house full of stuff and she was trying to fill the void of when her mom passed it seemed like. She died in 2020 and I will bet that all that money did not fill that void of losing her mom. Money does not make people happy but it will make life easier. Just my opinion! I personally stay away from the stock market bc it is ran by super rich companies that control it. It is like playing rush and roulette with someone who knows how many chambers they fill with bullets. If that person wants to get rid of the competition, they will just fill every chamber. Eventually you will lose if you play long enough.
I appreciate this sentiment. There’s still a lot more equity in the house that’s been made in the 3+ years I’ve owned it than that 75k pulled out. Essentially, I’m paying 5k a year more in mortgage to “rent” that 75k. I think there’s ALOT more money to be made on that money than 5k/yr. If you’re researched, informed, and invest wisely, the market trends upward on the mid and long end, as does real estate. This was a diversification move, which will allow me to make further moves with the ROI. Will keep you posted as the year goes on on how the portfolio is moving. :)

You guys should have a lot more subs along with Jake the neighborhood spider man! Found you guys through him. Both of you guys video quality is excellent and the content is great. If you were a nice looking 20 something year old girl, then you would have 100k plus subs. Seems like the UA-cam algorithm caters to females who put sexy thumb nails up. Sort of like that Jenelle girl who lives in a van sometimes and only has a few videos up. She has been doing videos for like a year and has maybe 15 videos up, yet she has almost 3 million subs. Does not make sense to me. You guys should try it to see what happens: Get a hot chick and put her living in your back yard and put the sexy thumbnails up and see what happens. I honestly think something is going on with UA-cam, when I see high quality videos like yours and Jakes and then UA-cam throws low quality videos with no content on my main page with a thumb nail of a chick showing her butt in the thumbnail. You guys deserve a lot more credit for your content along with Jake.
