Credit Comment by Aashna PS. Bae bae is indeed sexual but it also shows different phases of a person's life. First, GD represents puberty, where this boy is curious about opposite sex. He is surrounded by so many females but they are all mannequins which shows he is interested in girls but he's too shy or he doesn't dare to talk to/approach them for real. The angel shows his innocence of being young/his spiritual side but he has this hidden side too. Taeyang represents the next stage a bit mature where he is so lonely in the beginning(alone on the horse) but finds his special one and is in love now. T.O.P's part is all about making love and of course having kids in other words getting married and having family. Daesung's part represents the phase of life where the person is satisfied with being with the love of his life and living happily with her. Seungri's part represents growing old together (both Ri and his partner has white hair). He is afraid to lose (melting flower) her but as you can see she disappeared and all the members fall slowly which means death. Now there is a Korean folk tale that an immortal rabbit pounds rice on the moon to make rice cake. So the lyrics our chemistry is like sticky rice cake (chapssalteok chapssalteok gunghabi uri uri gunghabi) represents the eternal love and togetherness even after death. They are enjoying their after life with their partners on moon. Also tear drop, burning windmill, their sad faces has deeper meaning as failed relationship or the hurt they received or mistakes they made when they were in a relationship. Here explanation about BAE BAE MV
Bigbang has been trying really hard to break the streotype in kpop.. Break how conservative the kpop community was before them... Like adding girls or doing whtever they want. Producing their own music/stages... The fashions, interest in arts and even being ambassadors of high end brands and how they are to the fans and how the general public started appreciating kpop and not only the fans of the kpop community which they actually succeeded at some point... But it's sad to see that now the conservative streotype is back again..
It's coz BIGBANG is on hiatus right now. No one is really leading them out of that conservative type. No one is brave and bold enough to go against the stereotype. But once BIGBANG comes back, others will follow.
the rapper with deep voice is T.O.P, you should watch his solo ''DOOM DADA'' mv and live performance...he has a insane flow and is the fastest rapper in kpop...also react T.O.P & GD ''ZUTTER'' you will never see this kind of mv in kpop that's literarly legendary song and mv no one has ever reached this kind of boldness like Bigbang.
Each of them has solo albums, that's what I like about them. They are the pioneer of that idea. The first kpop group that the members has a solo album without disbanding the group
Bigbang took a break for Military service in 2018.They supposed to make comebacks in Coachella 2020 but cancelled because of Covid 19.Bigbang Dominated Kpop over a Decade Since 2006.Still waiting for them (Kings Of Kpop&The Goats)
YES!!!! They are BLACKPINK'S seniors their older brothers Their leader GDRAGON has a song with Jennie and Rosé WHEN THEY WERE TRAINEES: Black and Without you, They are kings
Bigbang is usually called the king of kpop and legend of kpop. Many artists idolize and make bigbang a role model, for example BTS, BLACKPINK, MONSTA X, GOT7, SOMI. And bigbang is the creator of the first light stick in kpop
If you like Loser, im sure you'll also like "let's not fall in love" Bigbang has been known to use pretty/upbeat melody with sad lyrics so hope you can see them more. And there performance are all lit, pls check them out
That's exactly how I reacted to the first time I experienced BIGBANG, imagine seeing their live stages for the very first time too (albeit online)! Their energy level is so insane, the swag, the charisma each one of them exudes is just WOW! Goodluck with the MAMA 2015 reaction though😊. Btw, I think you should react to A Very Helpful Guide to BIGBANG and why they are called the Kings of KPOP vid. You'd be impressed by these boys. BIGBANG for me is a supergroup, each one of them has successful solo careers (sold out solo concerts/tours, chart-topping solo albums, etc. in TOP's case, he dabbled in acting and excelled in it as well (having won several acting awards). And oh, the guy with his hair covering his eyes is Daesung, BB's powerhouse vocalist, my ultimate bias.😊
7:38 in regards to your comment about Big Bang not being "conservative" compared to modern boy groups, that actually applies to the entire Kpop industry. Back then Idols were debuting past 20 years old and so many girl groups did super sexy concepts and boy groups did party songs like this or very dark violent concepts. Nowadays Kpop idols are debuting at 14, 15, 16, 17, so you're not gonna find idols doing something like that anymore. Kpop idols now debut younger bc the 7 year contract basically putting a shelf life on idols so they need to debut as young as possible if they wanna build a career and then branch off to other things like acting and modeling while they're still in their mid to late 20s. Also military service pretty much flatline's a group's popularity which is why you have groups debuting such young idols, in order to get the most out of their youth. I don't know why I went on such a long explanation lmao sorry.
kind of true and not true at the same time. It all depends on the audience aswell. As of Bigbang they always never cared what people think including their fans. There are some groups like that and solo artists like hyuna, jessi aswell who still do the same till this day. in Bigbang's case after repeated silly scandals they stopped giving into the pressure by audience and started doing what they like.
Back then kpop industry is not popular as they are today, company will not criticize for debuting young idols unlike today. There's plenty of content since people didn't give a sht those days.
GD and TOP were the first real rapline in kpop and they were rappers before they debut in BigBang The combination between the deep voice TOP and higher voice of GD has been copied a lot since . Now every group has to have that deep voice member .
BIGBANG was the first group to release 2 MV/ songs every month for 4 months straight until the full album called MADE. The music chart and award shows at the time was literally their song vs their song
Big bang is the reason why i get into other yg artists. They are the group I'm stanning so hard after dbsk split. And I've been into yg style and sounds so much i literally only listen to them. The amount of attitude, swagger and charisma they have on stage as performers is incomparable. As a fan of kpop since 2008, I've seen many groups trying almost all concepts we can think of. Still, big bang did exceptionally outstanding with the bad, wild boys concept. From their outfits, makeup, hairstyle, stage props, mvs... everything is just out of the ordinary. They're not a typical kpop idols. They broke that image long time ago, and still maintaining that vibes until today. And their emotional songs are just so relatable. They're good at what they're doing. I missed them so much and can't wait for them to be back. Glad seeing you guys reacting to them finally. 🥰❤️ They build yg to where they're now. I'm a proud yg stan, regardless of what other people said. 🥰❤️ You should totally watch their live. They're born to perform on stage. Their live performances are the best. The energy is just blowing up. We need more reaction. 😂
The reason why YG stans’ standard so high because of these kings! Literally the Kings of Kpop 🔥❤️🔥 hoping to see more Bigbang reaction in your channel. And thank you for reacting to our Kings!
The real fact that amazes everyone is that all their lyrics from ALL their songs are written By Gdragon(the leader), he's such a genius lyricist and has over 200 songs under his name and has even composed and produced music for other artists
Listening to their songs everyday makes me want to cry. I miss them so much. Waiting for their comeback until now. But as you can see Bigbang has a dark concept and look so tough but GD is one of the most shy and humble idol i know.
BIG BANG is one of a kind. They are so different from the normal Kpop band. Their stage performances are phenomenal...that's why we are still obsessed with them even after 6 years of not releasing any new song. So looking forward to their comeback...hopefully this coming year 2022 !!!!
Watch Bigbang the Beginning and Bigbang Made the movie here in youtube (plus their live performances) and you'll understand why many are so in love of Bigbang. They also have solo works, each has a different genre but surprisingly, they work so well as a group. Its mind blowing sometimes 👑💛
Omg.... Same here...the first time I saw Mino I was like he's my bias.... Cause he looks sooo much like GD...and he even impersonate GD in one clip... 😂😂 The 14 years old me at that time though they were somehow related 😆😆
You guys are right. Idk WHAT happened but after the 2nd generation of Kpop (which Big Bang was in) everything became so much more constricting and toxic in the community. 2nd Gen was so free and every group was so unique, multiple groups were thriving, idols weren’t afraid to interact, collabs happened regardless of their companies, and award shows were actually fun (in terms of performances and the idols just having a blast together). It was literally the golden age of Kpop and one of the top acts of that time was undoubtedly Big Bang 😌
I wish you guys knew just how serious that question is. Are BigBang 4 or 5?. i wish i could be in your shoes and re-discover Bigbang cause they are gems. I remember when loser dropped I literally cried my eyes out, knowing what they had been through the song is such an eye opener.
OMG! Thank you so much for reacting to them. I recommend you to react to their iconic gen2 songs "Tonight, Fantastic Baby, Haru Haru", or maybe their latest 2015's songs "Fxxk it, Sober, Let's Not Fall in Love". 🔥
I forgot to list my favorites: Monster,Bad Boy,Fantastic Baby,Love Song,Let’s not fall in love,If you,Last dance, and Fxxk It. Also TOP’s Doom Dada, and Taeyangs Ringa Linga, I need a girl, and Eyes,Nose,Lips. 🥰👍🏻
If we talk about Bigbang then we talk about art. They've tried different genres of music then created so many masterpieces during their career, and the thing is GD wrote almost all of the Bigbangs songs. Unfortunately they've been out of activities since 2017 because of military service and some scandals, so it's been 5 years since they've been on hiatus, but I hope they'll actually make their comeback next year as reported. They are even still one of the few groups that topped the korean music chart, being one of the groups with the most played songs on spotify until now, being one of the groups with the most views on youtube, etc, they still get those achievements even without any activity for almost 5 freaking years. Thats what KINGS doing
The Cowboy guy is the OG of rapping in low tone voice. Then the idol boy groups industry follows like how you said it reminded you of Chanyeol. The histoy of speed rapping and low voice rapping, he is the living blueprint. Btw, he was an underground rapper before he became an idol and as he debuted he was well recognized by the kHip-hop industry til this date.
I totally agree with you. Today's groups are very conservative/constricted especially when it comes to performing with the opposite sex. I personally find it a bit ridiculous. Like guys, you are artists. You're supposed to have freedom in expressing yourself. What's the point of singing love songs when you cannot even express/act it in front of the opposite sex.
@@namehere6102 Yes I know. That’s why I have a big respect towards groups like Bigbang and 2NE1. Both groups won’t let their agencies dictate them. It’s up to them as artists what they want to present to the public.
@@namehere6102 yas but this era is different, we know yg restriction but literally I saw many compilation of them having a good time with 2ne1 and other female idols. Sometimes it also the relationship between the company/ceo and idols. They literally dissed and curse with each other. The restrictions things is also mostly applied during pre-debut and rookie idols not as much when you finally established your name as an artists (funny how yg banned smoking, drinking and partying when yg boys litetally seen in hongdae and gangnam) it depends on you if you wanted to interact in front of cameras. Some idols chose not to because of criticisms and issues.
I don't know how many times I've re-watched your reaction to Loser... Tiana's pure reaction to that song was really the best reaction I've ever watched...
One of the best things about Bigbang is that their songs have different vibes, story, lyrics, etc. Each song is unique and they produce and writes them. Legends! No one comes close
Finally you guys react to this legend. When I watched this whole video, it reminds me of myself the first time I watched them about last year. Shocked yet enjoyed their music, their style, their mv concept, and their unique voice character. I'm just too late to recognize this. YG is so lucky to have them. Now, I know why everyone called them the King of Kpop :') btw, I love your reactions, keep up the good work guys
me exactly when i first seen and heard made series, still remember how blown away i was i had no choice but to stan. and i wasnt into kpop into then but i was perfectly aware of the level of production they make but bigbang, bigbang's just on another level
When i first become a kpop fan bigbang is still the biggest group at the time. They’re the only ones with 200+m views it’s insane! 2015 was it? Anw they’re always going to be a legendary group. Every idol probably respect them. Specially GD, he’s almost every 3rd gen idol’s role model lmao
OMG... THIS DAY HAS FINALLY CAME!!! I'm literally crying that you guys finally get to know how wonderful these guys are. BIGBANG will forever be the KINGS
Lovinggg your reactions!! It would be interesting if you guys listen to their ballad songs, they are pretty fire. Like: *If you* (live it's a masterpiece), *last dance* and *let's not fall in love* (I consider this a ballad but some parts of the songs are a little upbeat idk) Also I recommed watching their live performance of their song *Sober* in Malaysia, it's really gooood
I would really recommend you watch their early stuff, you may not find the highest quality but the reason they are called the "Kings of Kpop" is because of the journey they went through. Their Debut song "La La La" is always a good start to see where they came from lol but it was their breakout song "Lies" that was the start of their success, then check out "Last Farewell", "Sunset Glow", "Haru Haru", these song following their breakout success cemented their status from there on out , these 5 songs are THE necessary ones to know in my opinion as a long time VIP!

Watching their live stages are in a whole different level until now I didn't get to see another kpop group with as much charisma and stage presence
@@devil_akira1191 And it looks like they are coming back this spring :D
"This sounds familiar" yes it sounds like YG lmao. YG artists have a very specific sound, with the exception of like AKMU and such
the rapper with deep voice is T.O.P, you should watch his solo ''DOOM DADA'' mv and live performance...he has a insane flow and is the fastest rapper in kpop...also react T.O.P & GD ''ZUTTER'' you will never see this kind of mv in kpop that's literarly legendary song and mv no one has ever reached this kind of boldness like Bigbang.
Yes 100%
And reacts: GD dizz MAMA 2014
He made the trend to have a deep voice raper in idol groups.
Thought fastest rapper in kpop was zico
Each of them has solo albums, that's what I like about them. They are the pioneer of that idea. The first kpop group that the members has a solo album without disbanding the group
Bigbang took a break for Military service in 2018.They supposed to make comebacks in Coachella 2020 but cancelled because of Covid 19.Bigbang Dominated Kpop over a Decade Since 2006.Still waiting for them (Kings Of Kpop&The Goats)
Finally BigBang yassss
YES!!!! They are BLACKPINK'S seniors their older brothers
Their leader GDRAGON has a song with Jennie and Rosé WHEN THEY WERE TRAINEES:
Black and Without you,
They are kings
Bigbang is usually called the king of kpop and legend of kpop. Many artists idolize and make bigbang a role model, for example BTS, BLACKPINK, MONSTA X, GOT7, SOMI. And bigbang is the creator of the first light stick in kpop
If you like Loser, im sure you'll also like "let's not fall in love"
Bigbang has been known to use pretty/upbeat melody with sad lyrics so hope you can see them more.
And there performance are all lit, pls check them out
They are legends of 2 gen 😌✨
I dont know about that . Seungri debut at 16 if I remember well. Taemin was young too . VIXX maknae could not watch his own MVs for being underage 😅
kind of true and not true at the same time.
Please more of Bigbang.... And thank you so much for appreciating them... 💛💛💛💛💛
You need to watch their live performances it's so amazing
Big Bang is a kpop legend.
BIGBANG is a live stage.
The live performance is overwhelming.
Their live is next level.
You should totally watch their live.
Bigbang the Kings of Kpop 🔥🔥🔥
The real fact that amazes everyone is that all their lyrics from ALL their songs are written By Gdragon(the leader), he's such a genius lyricist and has over 200 songs under his name and has even composed and produced music for other artists
Ohh finally The Kings of Kings, The Idols of your idols... BIGBANG!
FINALLY BIGBANG! YASSS!
yes finally! the OGs, the KINGS 👑
Omg.... Same here...the first time I saw Mino I was like he's my bias.... Cause he looks sooo much like GD...and he even impersonate GD in one clip... 😂😂 The 14 years old me at that time though they were somehow related 😆😆
Same lol 🤣 bi could be included in this list 🤣
You guys are right. Idk WHAT happened but after the 2nd generation of Kpop (which Big Bang was in) everything became so much more constricting and toxic in the community.
2nd Gen was so free and every group was so unique, multiple groups were thriving, idols weren’t afraid to interact, collabs happened regardless of their companies, and award shows were actually fun (in terms of performances and the idols just having a blast together). It was literally the golden age of Kpop and one of the top acts of that time was undoubtedly Big Bang 😌
Wait until you watch their live performances!!! Its fire. Best Live Performances in kpop in my opinion. Best stage presence too
MAMA 2015 reaction on PATREON!
I wish you guys knew just how serious that question is. Are BigBang 4 or 5?. i wish i could be in your shoes and re-discover Bigbang cause they are gems. I remember when loser dropped I literally cried my eyes out, knowing what they had been through the song is such an eye opener.
Omggg i am sooo happyyyyy reaction to the kings of k-pop. VIP always
OMG! Thank you so much for reacting to them. I recommend you to react to their iconic gen2 songs "Tonight, Fantastic Baby, Haru Haru", or maybe their latest 2015's songs "Fxxk it, Sober, Let's Not Fall in Love". 🔥
Wait till you watch their live. Its 100 x more lit. With live band. There are tons of their live show in youtube.
BTW, Congratulations to us VIPs! We're aunties and uncles now! 😭
Their live performance are insane🔥🔥
I’m glad you liked them. Please react to more songs. ☺️👍🏻
Me too, i hope you can react "last dance", this song have same vibes with loser. Thank you. Hope u have a great day
Mama 2015 was insane!!! Their live performance is much better
To this day, their debut "Haru Haru" and its MV are still one of my favorite songs in Kpop. Their impact truly can not be compared to any other group.
Bad Boy, Fantastic Baby, Blue
Zutter, Doom Dada, Beautiful Hangover
Good Boy, High-High, Dancing On My Own, Knock Out
The Cowboy guy is the OG of rapping in low tone voice.
BIGBANG is another level. GD is a genius. Love your reaction.
It's up to their agencies and companies not them lol, you oughta know that by now
@@namehere6102 Yes I know.
Yazzzzz THE kings of K-Pop - BIGBANG!
I miss them, reason why I became a K-pop fanatic in 2012 still my ultimate group. Will wait for them doesn’t matter how long
Legends aliveee yeahhh
One of the best things about Bigbang is that their songs have different vibes, story, lyrics, etc. Each song is unique and they produce and writes them. Legends! No one comes close
BigBang's Last Dance is so beautiful too. Hope you can listen to it next time! 💞
You must watch their live performance❣️
Finally you guys react to this legend. When I watched this whole video, it reminds me of myself the first time I watched them about last year. Shocked yet enjoyed their music, their style, their mv concept, and their unique voice character. I'm just too late to recognize this. YG is so lucky to have them. Now, I know why everyone called them the King of Kpop :') btw, I love your reactions, keep up the good work guys
It's really weird for me to see some people who know so much about kpop nowdays but don't know anything about the king of kpop itself.
Big Bang and TXT were my most streamed artists this year on Spotify. Y’all idk, their music just hits different
KING OF K-POP! Always!🙏
Called LEGENDS for a reason 😌
PLEASEEE MORE BIGBANG AND 2NE1 AND ALSO THE MEMBERS PLEASEEEEEE ı love u guys
me exactly when i first seen and heard made series, still remember how blown away i was i had no choice but to stan. and i wasnt into kpop into then but i was perfectly aware of the level of production they make but bigbang, bigbang's just on another level
Fun fact, BIGBANG made YG
Good luck with their live performance!
Their MVs are fire while their performances are DABOOMMM!!
You definifely cant stop to see them.
the live perfs are out of this world! you will be obsessed!
Like: *If you* (live it's a masterpiece), *last dance* and *let's not fall in love* (I consider this a ballad but some parts of the songs are a little upbeat idk)
Also I recommed watching their live performance of their song *Sober* in Malaysia, it's really gooood
You forgot Cafe.
2022 = bigbang comeback 💖
VIP right here 🙌💛
Bigbang more!!!
Next BIGBANG - FXXK IT,
BIGBANG - LAST DANCE
BIGBANG - LET'S NOT FALL IN LOVE
up
It seriously shakes me that ppl still out here reacting like this to my boys. Im so proud of them forever
Pls react to Taeyang- "eyes nose lips" . You will love it .
Their 2015 MAMA performance hv these three songs, hope you guys enjoy 😆😆
King of kpop king of all
Big Bang is LENGEND!!! I'm sooo happy you guys reacted their MVs. MADE, this album is worth listening, songs like sober, if you are all soo good.
