The city will shut it down and people better start looking for a place to live. They cant make people fix something and the fines will only cause bankruptcy. This type of disaster severely harms families who need help moving or they wouldn’t be living there in the first place. A true solution would be for these types of worst case scenarios that impact many families to work with the families on how to help them.
More like tearing it down to make room for new townhouses. So basically renters have no rights or minimum living standard regulations to protect them in this state of ours.

They shouldnt have to move , they have the right to a safe , secure place to live that meets the safety and health standards and regulations and landlords are required to provide that .
They need to do inspections & evict they nasty ass people that don’t clean or take showers!!! But if they’re like these people that live n MY apartment building,,if they know there’s an inspection coming,,they’ll make sure it’s clean THEN,,but won’t clean again for another year or so!!! NASTY SKANKS!!!
