Working with them for pasr ten years thats how i know. They dont make food from scratch like asians do. They exchange gifts see their families but the are not used to cooking for alot of people they stock ready made meals mostly and thats what they serve. Their omly few senior citizens who actually cook meals from scratch. I have studies with them worked with them and have friends.
