Just don't scare customers away with sales pressure and the whole "Are you serious about buying today?" especially when we ask you to get a guitar down. This is where some other companies fail all day every day.
Visited this store yesterday. Still slightly chaotic with boxes all over. But it’s staffed by musicians who probably care more about the gear. Helpful friendly team, even managed to find me a Gretsch guitar to try though it was only unboxed that morning. 10 out of 10. Just wish it was easier to find.
Oh great, another PMT store no where near me. Why are South London musicians so poorly served? I was hoping that PMT would have taken over the Eric Lindsey Music shop in Catford. But, no, it has become a dance studio. We used to have two good music shops in LB of Lewisham. The council bought out one to build unoccupied luxury flats and empty shops. At least Eric Lindsey was able to retire. Sampling musical instruments before purchasing seems to be a no no. Having one's instrument professionally set up is no longer viable. All of South London, east and west, are starved of decent music shops. But then again, south of the river is were the servants live.
‘Ang on a mo…all the features you show are already available at GuitarGuitar in Epsom…and have been for years. The only diff I see is that PMT has a mezzanine floor. I am very impressed though. Love the Martin room.
This is like the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory for Musicians. "If you want to view paradise, Simply look around and view it..."

Or a Toys R Us for a 7 years old kid 🤩
Need to build one in the Dallas Ft Worth area in Texas

Nice one PMT - I remember Nevada Music, North End , Portsmouth - 1970s! What a difference!
Got to make it here one day. Paradise.
Looks great, hope to visit soon.
Looks amazing. I still love our local Oxford store, but would like to visit this one at some point in the future.
That’s nicer than any music store I’ve ever seen here in the US and I’ve seen quite a few. Enjoy it well friends 😇
This store is even better in person

That place looks amazing I'd love to visit that store
2:50 It would be crazy if ALL Yamaha products were included on the second floor space like their drums, PA equipment, drums, guitars, motorcycles...
Thanks, the heaven exist!🎉🎉🎉🎉❤

I'm sure musos near PMT Brum are relieved to learn there's no point driving a 270 mile roundtrip to guitarguitar in Epsom. 😜
For me,this is totally boring, only new stuff and nothing second hand.Just like the mega stores in Germany (Music Store,Thomann,Musik Produktiv).
