    and as a realtime case, as the person lifting object is standing on Earth, he lifts the mass from groud to height 'h', so for the 3-body system: person, object and Earth, the net energy of system doesn't change.
    For a two body system (Object and Earth), the energy of this system increases by 'mgh' as the work is done on an external agent on the system. The potential energy of system/object increases to mgh while change in potential energy of Earth is negligible or zero.

    I understood from this video that it is very important to decide the system while applying work energy theorem. Moreover for potential energy which is especially conceptualised for conservative field should also be taken care. Generally people say work done = change in Kinetic energy but work done by whom? Remains unknown unless we specify the force which is responsible for work done. Thank you HC Verma Sir ❤.

    Internal energy doesn't shows any change due to not change in temperature of particle
    Kinetic energy doesn't show any changes because velocity of block is same
    Potential get change because we took it up from a position to height H
    Truely Legend of his subject we had honour to have luck to seek guidance of sir @HC Verma
    If we only consider the block change there is no work because mgh + - mgh cancel out each other but if we consider both block and earth potential energy with external force applied by a body the system potential energy will increase with mgh and the work done will happen

  • @chandansinghism

      Imagine a water pipe with water flowing through it. If there is a section where the pipe is in parallel, the water should split up and flow into the three different pipes in parallel. Similarly, current divides into the three wires in parallel, maintaining a consistent pressure (voltage) across all branches.

    System 1: When earth and block different systems.
    No net change in energy in the block when we lift it up because work done by gravity and work done by us cancel each out. Potential energy of the block will depend on the square of distance between the centre of block and centre of the earth.
    System 2: When earth and block both are 1 unit. Then net energy of the block is +mgh only (not -ve) because the external force acting on it is acting away from the unit (both earth and block). And work done by gravity is not considered because "resultant (or net) energy of a body is the sum of external forces acting on it." But since we considered earth and block as 1 unit, work done by gravity is an internal force, so we ignore it.
    I hope I can explain it correctly :)

    My question is " Does a charge undergoing acceleration within a gravitational field emit radiation? " I have been thinking about this situation for quite some time since my 11th grade and could not come up with any possible answer. I have also asked this to many physics teachers and professors but could not get a satisfactory response. According to classical electromagnetism, an accelerating charge emits electromagnetic radiation. However this scenario touches upon the intersection of two fundamental theories in physics-electromagnetism and general relativity.

    According to Ohm’s Law, Current is directly proportional to the Potential Difference, but in case of Alternative Current, why the current is inversely proportional to Potential Difference.
    Why there is contradiction between two expressions:-
    (i)Ohm’s Law:- Current(I) directly proportional to Voltage(V)
    But in case of Alternative Current, why the Current is inversely proportional to the Potential difference, due to which energy loss is minimized during the transmission of AC Current at such high voltage(11kV)
    i.e., Power(P) directly proportional to Current(I) and Voltage(V)
    =>P=VI
    =>I=P/V

    magnetic field never
    does any work on charges as magnetic force acts in direction
    normal to their motion. We can modify this statement as net
    work done by magnetic force on moving charges is always zero
    but it is possible that there are work done involved by magnetic
    forces in a system but equal positive and negative work causes
    Ano net work done. In the phenomenon of electromagnetic
    induction magnetic force does negative work on mechanical
    agents who are displacing a body which contains charges and
    extract energy from mechanical work and does positive work on
    charges in inducing EMF in the conducting bodies which may
    cause induced current to flow if circuit is closed. Always total
    work by magnetic forces is zero in system but it acts as a
    mediator in transformation of mechanical energy to electrical energy

    Good Evening Sir.
    Sir I am Ayush Kumar of class 10th.
    Sir with due respect I would like to ask that in Nuclear Physics
    Alpha, Beeta,and Gamma rays all are related to nuclear reactions and related to nucleus but Sir Beeta rays are nothing but fast moving electrons and electrons are outside the nucleus of an atom. Then how the reactions of Beeta rays are Nuclear reactions?
    With Regards:-
    Ayush Kumar.

      The thing is that matter can be created and destroyed. The beta particles are created by conversion of proton into neutron and vice versa!!
      There are two types of beta reactions. Beta plus and beta minus.
      Beta reactions happens when neutron converts into proton or vice versa to make the unstable nucleus stable!
      If a neutron converts into proton, a negative particle which is electron is created by the law of conservation of charge!
      If proton is converted into neutron ( which has a special mechanism) then a positive particle is created called "positron" which is different from proton!!

    so id i summarise this whole thing it is that yes net work done in universe is always zero because of law of conservation of energy . but when we say energy increased we restrict our system to certain part and the work done inside system always cancel outs due to conservation of energy principle now only external agents work contributes thus energy increases

    Sir I have a question on sign convention for acceleration due to gravity (g). In ncert textbook it is written that we will take acceleration, a to be positive when it is in the direction of velocity, that is, in the direction of motion. The acceleration, a will be taken as negative when it opposes the motion. My question is if we consider that particle is moving in the durection of -y axis with some acceleration तो uski velocity or acceleration uski motion ki direction mein hai toh is case में kya g + hoga ya negative
    Please 🙏🏼 reply sir

    • @dhruvbaghel466
      @dhruvbaghel466 Рік тому +1

      The signs of vector quantities can be easily understand if you only thing in terms of direction of motion which is the direction of velocity!
      The very first step is to set which sign will you assign to the direction of motion.
      By convection, we use x direction and y direction as positive. That means if the velocity is in the direction of them it will be positive.
      When you've decided the sign to use for direction of motion, use it in all you calculations.
      Vector sign doesn't change in every step of your calculation.
      You've to decide this very first when start calculations. And it's totally your choice!!
      And the answer of your question is -g.
      When you say -y axis. That means you've already given sign to direction of motion!! The velocity and acceleration both will be negative for Falling body.

      @dhruvbaghel466 thanks bro. You have cleared my doubts. Now I understood if I take a fix Cartesian system and according to that I have to take the signs of vector quantities.

      @dhruvbaghel466 Рік тому +1

      @@Aimhappy829 yes you are right. but still i can see some misunderstanding there. so i'm just elaborating..
      if you have seen in maths, we conventionally assign signs to axes. if you're familiar with that just use it blindly by thinking that "the sign for axes are the sign for velocity. if body is moving horizontally right, velocity is positive other wise negative and same for y and z axes. since gravity is always downwards, it will always be negative in direction in y axis.
      Or think of this equation x=vt. the sign of v will determine the sign of x. that's why we say that positive x direction means velocity is also positive.

    #Question If a two blocks are resting on a frictionless plane connected by a spring.
    Then if external force is applied then why does the spring compress.
    Shouldn't it just move along with it as a system as in friction less plane even if small force is applied blocks should move.

    • @ayyajay
      @ayyajay Рік тому +2

      Okay, let's assume we have applied force on one end of the spring block system, now in order to move the 2nd block, there should be some net force on the other block, which can only be provided by the spring force as it's the only medium of contact between them, and since a compression is required to generate enough tension to move the other block, the spring compresses even though the system is placed on a frictionless surface.

    • @divaysud2828
      @divaysud2828 Рік тому

      @@ayyajay Here you are saying enough force will be generated through compression of the spring but in a frictionless plane even a small force which can be negligible to us can move heavy objects.
      Also shouldn't here the spring act as a rod or something as since the applied force is so low required to move the blocks it doesn't really need to compress.

    • @ayyajay
      @ayyajay Рік тому

      I totally understand your point, but here's the thing, We cannot consider the compression to be negligible in any case, because there is always some spring force required for the other block to move which cannot be generated without compression. And since in the FBD of the other block, only 'kx' produces acceleration, considering the compression to be negligible will lead to the result that the second block is not moving, which is not possible. Compression could be really less, and so will be the acceleration of the other block but cannot be considered negligible.
      That's my explanation.

    • @abdulmominbhati2977
      @abdulmominbhati2977 Рік тому +1

      @@ayyajay I understand your explanation but, for the spring to compress ,shouldnt there be some support from the other side which is absent here due to frictionless surface

    • @ayyajay
      @ayyajay Рік тому +1

      I guess it's true for both the cases, it's just that we are not usually able to visualise compression in case support is absent.
      Although, i believe there will be compression in both the cases, I'm still researching about the question and will be back with a more convincing answer (if possible)
