As someone from middle earth (New Zealand!) who has been to hobbiton (the actual filming location/ village) multiple times as well, this is ON POINT ❤️. I don’t understand why everyone has a problem, the movies which everyone enjoyed so much and has spurred the latest series was filmed in New Zealand, the scenery is New Zealand. The Director of the original trilogy is a New Zealander. The props, costumes and set designs are done by weta workshop, a New Zealand studio. While I understand the books are one thing and film adaptions are another, im talking about the films and not the books. We are very proud of our contribution to bringing tolkiens fantasy to screen in NZ and we are continually grateful for that opportunity. I was just trying to make a nice thank you comment to a wonderful creator.

Hobbits are really the most ASMR part of LotR. Nothing is more comfortable than shooting the breeze during elevenses with your stout cheery friend.
