@@deckzone3000 Are you insinuating she deserved to be attacked? I can agree that she might be annoying, but being annoying isn't illegal. I don't think Carolyn has ever gotten violent with anyone, given them a black eye, a dislocated shoulder, or knocked anyone unconscious.
Has she been arrested when police illegally retaliated against her for exercising her first amendment rights? Yes, unfortunately that has happened.

You can clearly hear the cop saying "Stop resisting stop resisting" while the woman is lying prone on the ground, if you hear that you know you are in for a beating at least. the reason they say that is for their body cams to justify assault

@amysnyder7939 have you ever watched her videos? She's not an activist, she's a UA-camr who antagonises police and bystanders until she gets a reaction. And the first thing her community did was start "fund-raising" for her, most of which will never get to her. They're all grifters pretending to care about your rights, not the money. But take the money away, and they instantly stop uploading. And states are now passing laws extending the distance you can record police from, so they're hurting your rights, not protecting them.

I would not trust a thing this News Station reports on based on what I watched on the unedited video vs this crappy reporting. When you watch an "officer" take 7 seconds from interaction to unconscious women and then add on screaming stop resisting to an unconscious person while he dislocates her arm... There are no words and spinning that to be less harsh is disgusting. Is all of Fort Worth's this disgusting? Bad police, bad news. Gross. Cant trust the police, cant trust the news. Lovely. I am all for constitutional rights and exercising them. Corporate Police are badged thugs and think they are above our power. Vicious violent excessive force attacks on innocent people that have not broken any law is now a crisis in this country, an epidemic. Corporate Police have no legal authority or power in America and must be dismantled. They are extremely ignorant of laws and the Constitution and the people want them defunded and held accountable with prison sentences. On the other hand these auditors are very aware of what thugs are capable of and their egos. They know it doesnt take much for things to turn violent. This auditor is known for escalating by badgering and pushing any rights to the point of what is her purpose? What was the purpose of antaginizing for 20-30 minutes? That is NOT the goal of auditing, nor is going beyond protected rights when groups seek thugs to harass them. She had no reason to make contact with any of the thugs that had gathered there. Her behavior is not how auditors need to be seen on fb, twitter, City Council's, Courts or the public. Its one thing to exercise your rights and another when they stalk and attack for no reason. Im just being honest.

The reporter would be open to being sued for deformation if she said "the cops did xyz" vs. "the victim claims the cop did xyz." The reporter has to watch their own backs since nobody is going to help her with the judgement. The cop definitely doesn't look good in that video, but he may be found to be innocent, rightly or wrongly, then the reporter would be a sitting duck. That is just the civil liability, imagine basically painting a target on your back for that cop's friends and family. As far as the "1st amendment auditor" is concerned I actually hate them, so me saying that cop was probably allegedly using excessive force is not something I say lightly. If you don't know what those rage baiting j@ckasses do, they harass cop's, victims, families, and basically anyone who works for the government, or uses their services in any way, including the cleaning staff and secretaries and their family members. They've tried to audit elementary schools, Human Services, juvenile courts, family courts, rape cases including attempting to film victims, broadcasting DV and CA survivors from the police station even when begged to stop (I've seen at least 3 DV victims leave without receiving help in fear), they filmed the lobby and through windows of a DV, SA, and SA shelter, and much more. All of that doesn't mean she doesn't have rights. I sincerely hope that he faces consequences and that she learns to film from the sidelines instead of provoking government employees and harassing people who are just trying to do their business with the government and go about their lives.

Why couldn't you cover this fairly? You didn't bother to list all of her injuries. Both her shoulder and her elbow were dislocated, And she received stitches in multiple locations. You don't emphasize the fact that officer Krueger slammed her 110 lb. frame to the ground, face first, dislocating her shoulder and elbow, knocking her unconscious, and then he tells her to stop resisting after she's knocked out. You seem more than willing to emphasize the fact that she'd been filming them for 20 minutes, but she is a brave 57-year-old woman who is willing to put her safety on the line to try to hold police accountable. When she was saying hey ladies, hey ladies, hey ladies, she was doing it facetiously because she was being ignored when asking the officers questions. Kreuger had no lawful reason to order her across the street. When she simply questioned why she should have to move, he laid hands on her and put her to the pavement. He was just power tripping. Police should not treat citizens this way.
Shame on you for portraying a victim in this light.

I totally agree. Laziness or ignorance is no excuse for NOT KNOWING the Constitution. Bootlickers back the blue and even attack auditors because they are lazy dumbed down SHEEP. It was started as a noble gesture to educate the bootlickers to the reality of Corporate Police hired to protect the Foreign For Profit Corporation controlling DC....British US INC. Hired to protect traitor US Officials and non govt private agencies. The only certified legal Law Enforcement in this country is Sheriff"s , because the people elect them. Now they are corrupt since Trump gave them Asset Forfeiture power as Roadside Pirates to illegally rob innocent people of any large amounts of cash while traveling. Auditors are very aware how dangerous it is to exercise their rights the way it is. And the consequences that come with it. The purpose is to record during all contact with police, stops, public buildings, public sidewalks, precients, municipal, warrantless searches, to always exercise their rights. Police dont like the people having rights and knowing laws, it doesnt matter if you obey or comply. Its an adreniline rush, a drug, they see themselves as the judge -jury-executioners and putting hands on you is their fix. It isnt auditing when groups seek out and stalk police in their cars or in groups, there is no reason for it. This auditor and those with her use attacking behavior, instigating confrontation. She pushed too far by finding that of officer. No reason she escalated the situation for 20-30 minutes of attitude. She has tainted the purpose of auditors, and will now receive a settlement, giving auditors a bad name. Until then she has a gofund me account asking for donations.

Then they start yelling "stop resisting" because they know their body cams will pick up on those words. It's something they teach cops in the academy until it becomes second nature. It's like after an officer fires their gun, they yell, "Drop the gun." The cops then claim to have yelled it prior to firing. The body cam will catch that one, but the idea is to fool witnesses who heard the cops and the gun fire. Since human recollection is so faulty, witnesses can be fooled into thinking the cops said "drop the gun" before opening fire. Cops aren't being taught how to catch criminals. Cops are being taught how to be criminals without catching criminal charges.
