Could listen to these two talking for hours. It blows my mind how this movie didn't get more recognition. I thought it was phenomenal across the board - story, acting, directing, music, cinematography. And more than anything it was fun and entertaining.
Absolutely! I can't help but think that there's some weird hypnosis or tribal/political aggression going on against this film. I've gotten more angry & negative reactions in comment sections for promoting or commenting positively about Babylon than almost anything else, and I rarely comment on YT and try to keep it to positive or constructive feedback. My first reaction coming out of my first theater viewing was that finally this has got to be the movie that nearly everyone will love and can agree on . . . . Sadly almost the opposite has been true. Of course that's not accurate as I think the majority of authentic and knowledgable opinions are not going to be from the usual YT commenter, lol, but it's still surprising how much this movie has split the perceived audience.
