Her performance dips a bit without Robin but we can get RMC in 3.0 which substitutes Robin in this team, and they work pretty good. You can also use Tingyun but Sunday and RMC perform better as a duo rather than Tingyun and Sunday cause of RMC's action advance

Aglea is good with Sunday and RMC. RMC buffs Memosprites and Sunday buffs summons, and Aglea's Memosprite is considered both. Robin just gives a bunch of buffs that's it's probably better to use her instead of RMC, but RMC is a great F2P alternative.
I fear Herta might get nerfed. Her best standard team is effortlessly consistent while wind set Serval with an energy regen rope allows her to have a 2 cost 0 cycle against both MoC and PF. She is way too good at the moment but I hope they don’t nerf her.
Thats an EXTREMELY special case though, this boss is amazing for Herta and Serval also helps a fuck ton with this boss in particular, I don’t think Herta is as op as you say in other normal MoCs, still gets 2-3 cycles with premium teams, so definitely within the realm of current top dps (maybe not FUA team though). If anything I expect them to buff both her and Aglaea unironically not that I think they need buffs to begin with, but it’s Hoyo here.

TBH as an f2p i'm gonna approach HSR differently (genshin i wanted all characters but tradeoff is no constellations) This time i'm gonna pull E2 archeron + E2 sparkle, E2 Firefly E2 Ruan mei etc just build two teams with eidelons and just sacrifice having all characters I want the satisfaction of having a full constellation character atleast once
RMC does substitute Robin pretty decently so that would work and for HuoHuo, just use QPQ Gallagher. QPQ Procs are random so obviously a bit worse than HuoHuo but Galla QPQ is her second best sustain choice after HuoHuo
Just get Sunday above 150 too, 160+ is ideal but in the video, I used Sunday at 159 and it worked fine enough. At least make sure that they're both above 150 and Aglaea is a little bit faster than Sunday, that's it

Honestly, my guess that the characters that are leaked to be Destruction will most likely turn out to be Remembrance, just like it was with Aglaea. So, I'm expecting Mydei and Phainon to be Remembrance too.
Herta is not doing it for me, whether it’s the fit, the animations or the gameplay ngl + I don’t have Jade (although I believe that goes for so many people in the community lol). I love Aglaea almost “fast paced” gameplay and really dig her animations. Also as the other commenter said, it could that destruction is being used as a placeholder for now.
She does help a lot for with the energy for the Entire team. If you don't have her though, then you can use QPQ Gallagher for the energy (it's random procs so obviously not as good as HuoHuo, but it works good enough)
HuoHuo is better unless you Jade and her skill on Lingsha for more skill. Aven can also be used but you'd rather go something like THerta, Serval (Passkey LC), Robin and HuoHuo

Aglaea have too many turn while adventurine shield only last 3 turn - so it wont work. Better use fu hua or another healer if your consideration is only sustain. Huo huo still top because she can sustain while give aglaea energy
It works but I would say RMC is just better than Sunday (team goes like THE Herta, Mini Herta (alternative Jade), RMC (alternative Sunday) and HuoHuo (alternative Lingsha with Jade's skill on her or Aven)
Lingsha is just a better stack generator for Jade so she gets more FUA's. The Herta doesn't really attacks that much (twice as less as Lingsha) and it's better to just use Attack boots on her for more damage (Also, I agree, Lingsha is truly a goddess)

How does Aglaea perform without Robin and Huohuo? I'm considering replacing Robin with RMC and Huohuo with Aventurine/Luocha/Gallagher.

Not really I would say. It's better to just use a Team of Aglaea, RMC, Sunday and Gallagher with QPQ. Fu Xuan doesn't really do anything for Aglaea
