I said it before and I'll say it again; until you fire a few shots to warm the bore, you will have cold bore fliers. Lot testing will also make a difference.
One day it might sink in. I better start doing it because I am not playing with straws and profolactics on camera lol.

Having shot many different bricks of Eley Match in ARA competition over the years I found that some lots took as many as 20 rounds to completely season the barrel in my Falcon Benchrest action with the Broughton barrel. Other lots would be completely seasoned with 2 or 3 rounds. Go figure. Some lots were extremely accurate and consistent and other lot shot like floor sweepings.

Why don’t you experiment my techniques
Rest front rest at deferent spots 1/2 inch increments to find sweet spot of forearm
This will change harmonic frequency of the barrel
This way I can improve accuracy greatly. Try it if it works for your rifle
