Same happened to me and I was in oman.i gave birth via emergency c section in 2020 when Covid was on peak and because of that nobody came from Pakistan to take my care....only my husband and my two year old baby was there with me at the time of birth of my second baby....now I am fat.....after that many challenges I faced which I can't share here.but I would say to every woman..

pak mai i was forced to induce before my due date at agha khan hosp. it was my first preg.
ghar p sahi bp ata hai, and hosp mai ziada ata hai. 24 hour ambulatory check mai bhi bp bohat safe range mai tha mera. and csec low bp due to early induce ki wajah se tha. but they made it a reason for induction. na proper pain management ki. ghalat ghalat dilation chk kari n 5cm keh k mazeed induce kardia. thori dair baad they said 3 cm hai.
fazol mai waqat se pehle artificial pains de de k maa ki halat kharab kardete hain.
2nd preg mai we tried for a vbac and i was in europe.
my water bag broke at 37th week but because my body never had a vaginal delivery, it took such a long time for my cervix to open that i got infection.
infection spread to my baby and i was taken to emergency csection.
and the funniest thing, now my weight was 10kg more than my first preg but my bp was never high.
europe k dr yaqeen nahi kar rahe k pehli preg mai i had a high bp. they said if pehli mai hota to 2nd mai bhi hota. yeh haal hai pakistan mai sab se best hospital ka.
i don't mind having a csection but reason to sahi ho na. fazol mai kyon humai kaat rahe hain. aik karwat lene mai bhi din lag jatay hain phir feed krana is killing me. mai to jaise tesay takleef bardasht kar k feed krati hn laiken aksar larkian phir bottle feed k liyay majbor hojati hain due to pain.
csection aik mustaqil kamai hai. anesthetist se le k pharmacy walay or dr or technicians or formula feed walay sab ki chandni hojati hai.

The day is not far when these uneducated kids will spoil the life of their children and sad you can't refuse C section in Pakistan, I guess docs are not forcing anyone to get one.. kindly get the baby out on your own if there is a problem. And well C-section making females fat is a lousy reason. One can just get up and walk the other day of operation.

@@zoro9816 Are you a woman by any chance? Have you gone through a c-section? I have gone through them twice. The first because a pakistani dr in uae gave me the wrong medication and when I came to Canada in my 6th month I developed severe pre eclampsia, my liver shut down, my baby completely stopped moving. I had to get a c section due to that stupid drs negligence. My kiddo was born a measely 920g. You think its easy to say “just walk the next day” Do you know what its like when the next day the anesthesia wears off, the catheter comes out & you feel like someone took a hot sword and slashed you open. 8 layers of skin f****** cut open and you have the audacity to say “you can just walk the next day 🤷🏻♀️” You can only walk for 10 minutes, then rest a few hours than walk again. My mind will never process how light people take c sections. It should only be performed during life and death situation and when it is performed you think they send us home with a morphine drip to stay comfortable? No amount of Pain management tablets can ever make the pain go away. I hate that drs in Pakistan push this on women. Also c sections absolutely make u gain weight. Ever heard of scar tissue and organ fusion? The more surgeries the more scar tissue develops and our bladder and uterus fuses in an unnatural way requiring more surgeries. All this stress and pain is 100% bound to cause hormonal imbalance leading to weight gain. Do you have any idea how painful that is? My mothers, friends sister in law lost the ability to have children because 1 cm piece of placenta got left behind that turned septic and then cancerous for her. This all happened within 1 week of surgery. She is the fittest person I know, obsessed with gym. Did everything to have a normal delivery but her baby was a whopping 5kg and too big to deliver. I myself have had two surgeries and now ive developed pre cancer of the uterus. I hope there is a special place in hell for all these drs forcing young women into unnecessary surgery and their long term side effects, Ameen.
