Add a protective layer and say only "explosives" destroy it like a under barrel grenade launcher and then add a gyro so when it's impacted with enough force it will tilt that then alerts him that's what I would do anyway
Dont let the editing fool you, almost every airsoft sniper youtuber only put in the hits, making it look like every shot is spot on. Ive seen many airsoft players that bought an SSG24 or 10 only to find out in the field that it isnt as accurate as the videos make it out to be. You are still firing a small little BB, where a lot of factors decide the flight path of it, every little thing can make your shot miss.
@@edwinspruijt5460 I kinda agree, not totally though. I got a SSG24 and my bf got some different one, also not cheap. In comparison the SSG24 was by far more accurate and bbs flew by far further. BUT at the same point yes, skill and training matters most. Some people buy the most expensive shit and imagine magic to happen when shooting. If you are shit at aiming, no sniper will do good for you thats for sure xD
It would be cool if these types of drones were given a set of rules to balance them out. Like say a team ribbon were to be tied to an easily spottable section and enemies could only 'destroy' it by snatching said ribbon, then hovering it over the camera so the operator knew when his machine had been taken out. Still wouldn't be fair. You having to leave cover and approach this thing - possibly across open ground - to get within reach? While it can just plink you from 70' away while it's hiding in brush? Not fair. It's a neat technical accomplishment but it's not fair for actual play. In real life, one bullet could take it out. In this case, though, it could get hit on a tire or the chassis or the rear, and the operator would never know it was hit and so the op just keeps firing at targets. Someone above suggested tying a balloon to it and if you pop the balloon - it's out. Best idea so far. At least until you can make the whole thing somehow sensitive such that it can sense and report when it's hit. But even with a balloon the operator will need a second camera or sensor facing the balloon so the op knows the instant the balloon is popped. Someone clever on here could come up with an elastic band or something that would be triggered if the balloon pops. So, when the balloon pops, the band is released and that allows a piece of elastic cloth or something to snap around the car's camera. So from the moment it's shot, it's blinded. It just sits there until the op can use its GPS to locate it and "fix" it.

Weapon idea that is probably over powered: riot shield with a hole covered with a transparent plastic sheet or something with a single row of whatever adhesive you could use, the hole is build for an smg or a machine pistol to peek through and shoot while you stay in cover. This is inspired by ajax's riot shield from cod bo4 and i hope you see thus and maybe try to build it
the only thing about the rc-xd and the wheelson rc is that there is no way for the enemy team to counter it at all. thats something worth adding too the two builds if you still have them around. some kind of way for the enemy to win against them so they are given a chance. maybe some kind of pressure plate that shuts off the rc's ability to shoot or blow up when hit until its drivin back to you and reset.
