I Asked ChatGPT for a DJ Set List - Here's Me Mixing it

The prompts :
Generate me an entire track list for a DJ set. the bpm range is 125 to 131. Start off with bass house. At track 15 move through to garage. At track 20 move through to techno. 25 tracks total.
Generate me a list in the format Artist - Track, and give me a sentence for each track about why it would be good for that slot in the mix.
Generate a table of all these tracks. Include the BPM, the Key, how many bars the intro has, how many bars the outro has, how many bars from the drop until the outro, how many bars the build up has, three words on why it is good to mix, and three words on why it would be difficult to mix.

Nice set! I notice in this video and in your "How I Prepare an Ableton Live DJ Set" video (ua-cam.com/video/ut-A0Qkf9qo/v-deo.html), you interleave the deck tracks... I've not seen that approach before w/Ableton for DJ'ing. I assume you do it solely for visual clarity on which deck is playing vs up next. I assume this because one of the issues I had when experimenting w/Ableton for DJ'ing is the density of the tracks and propensity to click the wrong thing... if there's other reasons why you interleave as such, would be great to hear about it. @@Triames I've since asked GPT4 to make me a 60 minute set of Neurofunk DnB from 2012-2023, and it didn't just pick the biggest most famous tracks, but a really nice selection, so there's definitely more to it than that.
@@pheargoth It learns from old online data and more recently has the ability to live search, its generally good at common things but the more obscure you get the easier it will screw up.
So everybody can be a DJ now?...
I can’t wait till A.I. and Chat GPT just mixes everything so we can get rid of all of these wack controller and lap top DJs. Computer already matching beats for y’all (sync) so why not just let it do it all so you have more time to throw heart hands and dance around like a prick.
