I think apartment 4 is a catch, despite the cons, which are not too bad. For me, in-unit laundry is a game changer because you know, my undies don't like to be seen in public lol. And in NYC, a doorman is also really nice for safety purposes. I also love the natural light and the updated design. To make it feel bigger you can also add mirrors, which you already have a standing mirror so that's good.

That brokers fee is such a scam, definitely would be a broker if I lived in NYC because they are making bank.. also that 4th apartment was my favorite, it was beautiful ❤

I can't decide if it is #4 or #2. I really like the second one, but laundry in unit of #4 is such a perk.
Yeah, I think it's the second one! The only con was the broker's fee and she also didn't show the view so I guess they ended up choosing this one which is really nice 😁

It’s definitely #2 or one of the #4 apartments. But considering the price and the amount of space, I think they went with #2, because I feel like the way she laughed about it at the beginning of the video means that they did end up paying the broker fee.
It's so annoying when they keep trying to pass off studio apartments as 1-bedrooms...that last apartment was a studio. The windows were in the "bedroom".

I'm guessing number 2. The space is great and the price leaves room for an increase the following year. Given the low price the brokerage fee is an easier pill to swallow.

if it makes you feel better. I rent a 2 bed apt in Sydney (not in the city center but in the suburbs) for $3800 p/m and that is going up all the time. Sydney is officially more expensive to live than NY!
