I came up with a trap, the Ear Slicer. It's a machine that is around your head and mini saws are on the sides of it, and when a timer runs out of time the saws will start spinning and move towards your ears cutting them off

Like in saw 2 there's that one trap where this girl sticks her hands into a box, but she couldn't get them out because there were razorblades around the hole, so it didn't kill her it just kept her there until she died because it would be extremely painful to take her hands out.
