I totally agree with this. Many cigar lounges are not very welcoming and friendly to customers. I visit lounges all over and it’s hit or miss. Most don’t like non regulars.

There’s a certain feeling you get when you know you’re simply “tolerated”, but I’d rather know up front than to have someone “front”. I’d have no problem with businesses going back to the old days of hanging signs out front saying who was welcomed and who’s not. You feel me.
Roanoke Virginia needs a place like this what we have now is toleration when I have free time I go to Charlotte North Carolina or Richmond VA and both is a 3-hour drive but when Im there I feel welcomed
Cuban Crafters is awesome. Been into cigars for almost a year now and my humidors were purchased there. The house blend is decent but their premium selection is so good I usually spend a bit more
