Any friendship drifting is always so hard, but have faith that it doesn't always necessarily mean it's the end. I have a few friends that I once saw quite often and now just because of life, I maybe see them once or twice a year to catch up. There's also friends who I haven't seen since university and years later, we randomly hit each other up, and we fall back into being friends like normal. I think as we get older, there's different types and levels of friendships, and not all are going to remain super close/best friends, and that's okay. Some friends will be in your close inner circle, and others will be more in the outer ring, and that's okay. It doesn't mean you value any person less, it just means different stages of life take us to different places ❤
Oh, I think you have a point. Thinking back, I might be a little impulsive to break up with that friend 😢 . When he moved to another city, he left me a book, marked a story, and asked me to read it. I only read it after long time, and it's a story about two people accompanied the journey on a bus and once they reached the destination, they departed (naturally). Thinking of our friendship journey also departed, that makes me more nostalgic and sad 😔.
@@is.snowing It sounds like you both have a very deep and emotional friendship, which is probably why this departure is so hard, and I totally understand that. But I truly feel like you'll see each other again in the future in some shape or form, and for now, try your best to enjoy the wild rollercoaster life brings us, with bringing new people in and out of our lives in the best way
Lost friends are like autumn leaves . 🍂 Sometimes you will find them on ground and keep them in your diary. And sometimes we wait until spring to see new leaves 🍃. Thank you for your beautiful video:>>>♡ 6:26 Yes! Please do that. It is something I always say to my dearest friends. They say why do I always take pictures? And this is my answer: because it is the only thing that will show I was in this world someday. And who knows maybe if I get older. Watching the album I made from pictures I've got will help me stay happy and remember my good memories. Sooooo please take a lot of pictures!! >ᴗ
@@is.snowing Oh really??? ('T᷄⌑T᷅) Maybe because I was studying for my literature exam. Our language is full of metaphor. There we have a lesson about different kinds of birds flying to find their king. When the leader tells them that how hard the way is. One by one they say their excuses. The nightingale says I'm in love with flower how can I leave without my flower? The leader says: but your flower doesn't stay beautiful forever. The Peacock says: I was a bird who lived in paradise , I met snake and that was the reason They kicked me out of heaven. My only desire is to comeback to that beautiful place. At the end there weren't many birds starting their journey. Some died because they were tired. Some died because they were hungry. At the end there were only 30 birds reaching the mountain. They were really tired that they slept immediately. They dreamed: the king and the person they were looking for was exactly the birds themselves. They stayed strong. It's hard to explain it just like how good it is in our language. We have a legendary bird in one of our best literature books named (thirty bird سیمرغ/si murgh). The bird they were looking for as their king. At the end of the story we have this sentence : Undoubtedly these 30 birds were that thirty bird (سیمرغ/si murgh) Shows that the important part is how do we see ourselves. I talked a lot. 。:゚(≧ロ≦)゚:。 But I wanted to show you a beautiful part of my nationality cause I thought you may like it and will give you energy~
@@YemTheWhiteLemon I love it so so much! But! Please tell me why the Si murgh is called thirty bird from the first place! I am eager to know that!I googled but I can’t find it. Thank you so much for sharing what you love about with me💖
@@YemTheWhiteLemon and trust me, metaphor is sooo juicy in form of knowledge. It is interesting to read and it allows people to understand new knowledge based on what they already know. So good luck on your exam, more than that, I wish you appreciate the beauty of literature in this class.
@@is.snowing OF COURSE I WILL EXPLAIN!!!! Why not. As the main writer Ferdowsi wrote this book long ago I don't know his idea but if we look to the the word (si murgh) the part murgh means bird and this is understandable but the part "Si". In our language the number 30 is called Si that's why it is translated as thirty bird but if we go deeper "Si" is a word telling this bird was like Eagle. So it is another word with two meanings. If you are curious about si murgh I can tell you about myself figuring out about it. The first time we learn about si murgh is when we are in elementary school. A story about Si murgh and Zāl. In this story si murgh is a big bird which looks like a phoenix if I have to tell what it looks like. The story told that if Zāl burned one feather of Si murgh she could find him and help him. Oh now I understood I introduced another character that may make you curious:>>>>> Zāl was a person who had albinism. The word Zāl even means albinism in our language. Zāl's father was one of the champions of this book when he saw his son is different from other. He took Zāl to Si murgh and story says Si murgh was the one who raised Zal. I even have a Coloring book of this story from my younger self. Hahaha I was going to tell you one thing and now I told many things. ໒꒰ྀི´ ˘ ` ྀི꒱ა
Hey Snow, I'm currently going through a similar situation like you did. As international students in the UK, we were really close friends, but after both of us returned to our respective home countries, we grew apart. It was really hard, but after watching your video, I feel so much better and at peace. All we can do at this point is to let them go, wish them well and focus on ourselves.
Snow, you will make many new friends in your lifetime...I am 71 and I have made and lost so many friends but the ones that truly are friends will always be there❤😊🙃🫠
I actually just had a dream about this, well sort of in relation to my own experience, but anyways just wanted to share how crazy a “coincidence” this is
