None of the money goes to the poor people of Afghanistan but it is a fund for the terror group. I wish it was only sanctions in play but reeality is that the US brought the terrorist group as soon as they left the country so the region keeps being unstable. The west benifits when that region is unstable, hence the reason why they left the country to that group and keep funding them now.
