Have you any idea why stoning was a punishment for certain crimes ? it was a collective punishment which meant everyone who judged was made executioner. the trauma it created was a deterrent both to doing the crime and judging others. no one person is holier than another. nothing wrong with religions we have a problem with how people use religions. but the mistake we make (and there are plenty) is to judge religion by the small minority who abuse the rules rather than those who follow them and follow a good way of life and help others. if most people wished to subvert laws they would murder people when they reached their 70s ! At that age getting life imprisonment isn't that bad. but generally people don't do it do they ?
While I agree to some extent, maybe checj what the rules are before claiming that those who do horrid acts are abusing them.
A lot of rules in the bible and similar books, are quite horrific, and mostly abandoned due to their vile nature.
The more secular a society is, the better it fares, religion is not a good thing.

Does a movie have to "pick a side"? Can't both be sinners? Does "taking a side" automatically free that side of any sins? The Crusades were indeed sinful, totally not in line with the values they pretend to spread. And some of them hit an Islam that was actually peaceful and focussed on research, prosperity and inclusion. Whatever your grudge on current day Islam is, that is totally unrelated to these huge a$$ historic events started a thousand years ago and lasted for 3 centuries. If you think 300+ years of war of aggression can go without sins then you are very delusional. The Sack of Constantinople is enough to qualify for that, but really, there were dozens if not hundreds of events that are sinful and the very idea of the Crusades sure af is.

tom holland is not a bad actor so you are wrong about that, cause he is a very good actor specially for the spider man movies he did and the movie the impossible, uncharted, heart of the sea, dolittle, avengers movies, venom let there be carnage, and so on
