I am confused about the Puerto Rico flag on the ferry ??? I love the idea of electric ferries. I live in Washington State, USA. We need that technology here. It is being talked about.
It's the flag of the shipping company Norled. It's a very similar, but not exactly the same flag (the star!). Allegedly longer in use than the current flag of Puerto Rico.

Reinventing the wheel meaning the ferries is just stupid the state doesn't have the money to piss away get a grip.
