Thanks for the jungle rundown! I'm so glad I can get back to playing Morgana in "all lanes" this patch. It's really validating to see you use Phase Rush too since I recently switched my Zyra build to use it after her nerfs but hadn't seen anyone else using it on sustained dps / util mages yet. If playing Morgana support, would you recommend swapping out an item with Rylai's and getting a mana item like Luden's or Crown early since you won't have blue buff? Cheers!

Is Rabadon Cap at lvl 11 worth it (since it scales with levels)? Wouldn't it have been better to go orb first?

Kinda, for the price of 1,200wc yes. They just need to fix her walking animation and skirt. 2nd form in ult is lacking tho
