How did you give the stop motion a background?
And how did you make the brilliant effects!

Master of Science, well you'll need a program called Adobe After Effects. You also need a green screen to have the figures seem like they're in a real environment. I also used footage crate for many of the effects used. Hope that helped, and good luck!
