Relatable. I’ve lost a few weeks of the season because of this. My arm, yes but mostly in my wrist. It is absolutely torture to go through with the pain while you bowl. These things happen, you get hurt sometimes while playing the game, just like any other sport.

Tendinitis is no joke for sure. I’ve lost time on the lanes to it, it’s one of the most painful arm injuries you could have, without breaking it
